Summer
I'm planning on doing a spot of travelling over the summer if anyone wants to join me. I've nothing confirmed but I'm thinking of doing something like this:
4-9 June - Ljubljana, Slovenia
18-25 June - Monte Gordo, Portugal
23-31 July - Rabat, Morocco
14-18 August - Somewhere else, maybe Corsica, maybe Sweden, dunno yet.
I was thinking of going to Pamplona for the bull run in July but I'm after finding out that the bulls run pretty fast and I'd have to avoid them rather than just outrunning them.

i was told that there was like a trapped nerve in my lower back and that there was a tear in my calf aswel that hasnt healed bu 4 gods sake, its 4months later and if i go 4 a 40min run my calf jus tightens up 4 at least 2 days.do they have any idea whats up with ur injury or whats the cause?
