I haven't been that active on here in a while. College be at fault mostly, lack of time due to college work and bebo blocked is another part of the reason.

So life, what can I say it is progressing, stress is as ever a constant, regrets, have them, fallen out of contact of people I trust and respect, for which I not happy with. Gonna try and correct that, though considering my workload at the present moment I think I may have to do it in small steps. Ah well.

I mentioned stress, stress is based around 6 things right now, the modules of my course, guess how many I have, yup you guessed it, 6. They are as follows, SQL II, Projects, Project Management, Networks, GUI and Linux. No they aren't the official names, but they are the names I can remember. Here see for yourself, Client/Server Database Architecture, GUI Application Development, Project Development, Project Management, Computer Systems Administration II, Advanced Network Technologies. Ok Project Management is the same, but can you imagine trying to remember the rest or fit them into conversation, well? No, didn't think so.

First off let me say I like my classmates, all 3 or 30 of them. Mostly it the four of us. The thirty? I'll cover that next as I detail how each aspect of the course is going.

Right first of SQL, last term there were two of us in the class, this term, there about 30 of us, cos the college thought it less hassle to teach one class then 3, I'm only now getting on nodding/talking terms with some of them. SQL is my elective, yay, can you hear/see the enthusiasm, it all continuous assessment, which means I'm currently passing, but I need to apply myself better.

Projects I'll leave till last, you'll find out why later.

Project Management, not linked with Projects as you would assume, but interesting nonetheless, in the words of me classmates, I am great at the bullshit, which is a good thing, I think....I think. Well maybe in this module it is, I don't lie, but I am more open in, it apparently what I have to say is correct, and judging from a mock interview I had I interview well. Got an assignment due in this, but it on the back burner as I focus more on other stuff.

Networks, interesting enough, doing a bit on IPv6 at the moment, hex based IP addresses look funky. For example, 2008 B9:2:2::2/64, or something. Ah well, also got an assignment in this, ah well. Project has had my attention a lot, I'll get to it. Soon, soon.

GUI, ugh, I dislike this, can't get it working or my head working on it, though isn't hindsight just wonderful. Got a practical test coming up in this soon, should be ok.

Linux, going ok, could do better, also an ongoing assignment, on iptables, I'm supposed to do research and then explain it, only trouble is that it is well documented on the net, so my researching didn't take long, so I just gotta write up test and give a presentation, joy.

Ah at last, Projects. Why did I leave this till last, cos it was what had me so worried, for so long, have to do the write up, but got the java code working, well as working as I can, there are areas I would have liked to improve upon, but time constraints and all that. What is it on? Oh. *takes deep breath* It a java program that does encryption and decryption of a text file though the use of character substitution. It really fairly simple in theory but getting the kinks out of it took a long time. I would go into greater detail, but it is my project and where I to do so now and here in the public forum, it could be seen as cheating or copying as undoubtedly the search the net to make sure my project is not copied from somewhere. But it enough to say, that most of the readily available cracks for substitution encryptions on the net can't seem to break my code. It simple really and I can and could talk about it for a long time. But I'll wait to see my mark, before I explain in detail how it works and the like. So code works, just gotta write up and explain my code in wr
