- At the moment i am an outdoor activities instructor. Working at the Red Ridge Centre in Cefn Coch or should i say the middle of nowhere! Hopefully joining the police force in West Mercia. I play rugby for Newtown and plan to go further with that. Anything i missed just ask!

- At the moment I cant stop listening to Kanye West, the man is a legend! Others CD's currently in my car are Timbaland, Newton Faulkner, a couple of compilations, The Kooks and i might regret saying this Justin Timberlake! Pretty vast I know but i got a song for all occasions! . One of my faves has to be The Offspring especially through my teenage years! Gota like abit of dance music aswel wot else you going to dance like an idiot to, aint that right monkey?!?

- All sorts really, have to hide behind abi at scary films tho! pretty much love anything with owen wilson, will ferrell, ben stiller and vince vaughn = brilliant actors! Great films this year have to be 300 and Pirates of the Caribean. I recently saw the best film of all time.....SUPERBAD I recommend this film to anybody! I went to see the Rambo the other day, it is brutal but aweome. You have to see this film its the return of a legend! Not for the faint hearted!!!!

- Love to play/watch rugby, I dont really have the time to follow any leagues though so the six nations, autumn internationals and the world cup is all i get to watch. After the world cup i was proud to say i was English.... after losing to Wales in the six nations i think i may have to reconsider this! Watchin football is a fave past time of mine also, Man united (the best team ever)for the league come on! And all i can say for England is i hope old Fabio has got a few tricks up his sleeve!!! I do enjoy watching a bit of American football even though the rules are beyond me!
