Me, Myself, and I
Well at the moment where i stand in life i would say ummm in mid-point. Im in college attending AIH (Art Institute of Houston) under thier Culinary Arts Program. Im happy to say that as of Jan. i will only have 9 months to go before i graduate. So im reaching a crutial point in my life where i get fed to the wolfs of the real world and put my learning to good use and as we say here pay my dues before i can bring my restaurant to life and add my own taste to it. Well wish me luck and hope you all enjoy some of the pic. i've added.

umm im not really into sports but i do like to run, and work out.

I perfer to drink wine. I love whites and once in a while thier might be a red that i will enjoy. One my favorite would be Covey Run Riesling and for the up coming holidays i would want to recomand or try fetzer Chardonnay with your turkey ummmm.
