May 2007..

Well Grace is 4 months old now, we've got her well trained and she has been sleeping through the night now for about a month. Took a while to get there, but man when you do it's like your mind opens up again to the thought that you're actually not going to be getting up in the middle of the night for the rest of your life! Everyone tells you everything changes when you become a parent, I'd heard it all before, but until it's you people could tell you a million times but nothing is like the real thing. Our lives are completely different with everything suddenly revolving around this one little person, but it's all worth it, can't wait to have another!! Finances will be playing a major role there I think!

If you haven't already heard Matt and I finally got engaged on xmas day last year. I think the realisation we were now an offical family finally got Matt to sort out his shit! About time too. We have set the date for March 14th 2009 in Christchurch, seems like ages away but only a year and a half and everything gets booked so quickly, especially venues etc. Details to follow.

Must fly while the little one is still asleep and get some housework done, light the fire, cook the dinner..me domestic goddess ha he ha he luv you all
