I have had my house up for sale for approx. 3 month or longer and no bites. Going to see the Realtor this week to see what the problem is. Haven't heard from him in weeks. Fixing to change Realtors. I have some repaires to do before I can sell the house. I bought some property(1.25 acres) in the country about 30 miles from Baton Rouge where I live now. Want to buy a double-wide mobile home to move on my property, but first, have to get things ready before I can move for good. Met my new neighbor who built next to my acreage. I have a friend of mine that is supposed to move in with me to help me take care of the property, home and etc. Not setting too good with my daughter, but hope that things will chill out before I move. Will let all of u know more later.
