Hey Linds, good to hear from you. Time just seems to run away with you nowadays but don't feel bad for not getting in touch - it just happens!!! How was your weekend in Glasgow? Me and gary were xmas shopping at the weekend and got most of our presents bought. The santa run is on sun 7th dec, think its the same route as the Race for Life. Looking forward to it and will be fun to do it with Gary. I'm away this wed & thurs in Largs for work then got fri off and heading to my mums. Hey Linds, the 5K was good, pretty knackered for the last 1k as you said. Did it in 26.53 mins so I was pretty pleased with that. Considering doing another one but that one was hard enough!! Was great seeing you last week and catching up, going home this weekend for a local agricultural show which I haven't been to in years so that will be good. Was at Forres Highland Games on Sat just passed and it was really good. Very busy with lots to see, gorgeous weather too so that was even better. See you soon, E xxx

Hey I was feeling perfect up at 8.45am and started clearing up, the amount of empty bottles and cans was quite disgusting! Nu gets married on 5 September this year cant beleive it and ems goes back home to live to belfast for good in 4 weeks - i'll miss her terribly but im so happy for her. Hey Linds, Tuesday is good for me. If you don't mind I can meet you after work about 5.30 or when you finish and we can come up to mine together, not that I think you will get lost!! The 5K is at the bught park again but this time for Jogscotland. Not raising money this time just doing it so I can say I have actually run one!! Hey Linds, yeh had a good time at the Race for Life. It was really good to take part and will def be doing it next year. Good for your mum to make it all the way - she'll be delighted with herself. Hey Guys, Just a wee reminder about tug o war practice this tuesday at Neils ( Curr ) meet at the house at half 7. Hopefuly the weather will be dry this week.
