    I was a victim

    The day my soul drowned in its own tears, nothing left of this dreaming heart, The day my spirit was spread out among the rest. A drive by kidnapping, I was thrown in a van, where I was taken away from all humanity, Shackled to the floor, handcuffed to the wall, food I was deprived from, hydration I longed for, tears I could not shed, agony overwhelmed me, being detached from the wall I was thrown through a window, blood I began to shed, My body was mangled, I was rapped, the day I was stabbed, was the day my life had ended, All I had was my voice, struggling, screaming, I was scratching, touching of rough hands against my bloody and swollen body, the voice I thought I had to be able to scream was nothing more than just another echo among the dark damp basement walls that just seemed to vibrate throughout the room, but when it was done all I had was nothing not even my life.
