Ok.. so had a great time on my birthday! Went with a bunch of friends to Columbus and "saw the sights..." We had a blast and I am glad everyone was able to make it. I am already tired from school and the quarter has just started! Maybe I AM crazy for taking 19 hours? I am planning on doing this for awhile so I hope I get acclimated to all the hours by next quarter. I got a new puppy about a week and a half ago. He is half lab and half golden retriever. He is adorable. Still a little fuzzball but he is growing so fast!! Not much else is going on since but am having a ball now that I am finally living in Athens.

OK.... So over the weekend my room mate and I almost died!!! Shocking, huh? Well if you have anything gas operated in your home, BUY A CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR!!!!!!!!! WE were told that we came very close to dying and let me tell you, it is NO fun at all to spend 8 hours in the emergency room with an oxygen mask on your face and and IV in your arm. So far we think we are ok but then they tell us the fun part, in about 6 months nerve and neurological damage can start showing up. So anyone who sees me if I start shaking like Michael J. Fox get me to the hospital!!!! Parkinson's disease is a possibility... Ok.. so enough on that. Other than that we are trying to decide if we want to continue living in the house known as the one who almost killed us..
