    You can't search other colleges, only the ones you're registered for. But, for example, on Web's profile it says he has friends in a bunch of different schools, and you can see them (Like under Bemidji State it'll say my name.) So if you feel like playing six degrees of seperation you might be able to find people from other schools, it'd probably be easier to just send your friends an email inviting them to bebo. :)
