Hello my LuLu.. I’m happy to announce; Sonette and I are engaged. I proposed to Sonette on Wednesday 13th of June at 17:48. Thankfully she said YES… I did the honourable thing first by ringing her dad in South Africa and explained to him who I was, how much I loved his daughter and that I was going to propose to her tonight. I then asked for his blessings. Which he gave, as all fathers worryingly do when their future son in-laws pop the question… Thankfully Sonette had been talking to her father about me allot. Or he would’ve thought I was some mad man who’s dialled the wrong number… Our plans as it stands at the moment is; in late September fly to Cape Town – South Africa where all her family and friends are, get married then head to NZ to start a Spring Bok team… We will have a ceremony/piss up/BBQ for all my family and friends when we get to NZ. But hey if you can make to SA let me know… To all my family and friends I have made in the 5 years of being in London, WE will have one big bash before our departure… London Styles… From Sonette & I, God Bless and thank you for being there for us.
