- Retired and loving it!!! We think we live in the perfect place, Bald Eagle pair next door, racoons and squirrels in back yard, view of the Bay, where seals, sea gulls, and all other kinds of critters abound. Weather is wonderful, never above 82 never below 25, some snow in winter, just enough to enjoy, sun breaks almost every day of the year, rarely gloomy all day long.
