- I live in Madras with my kids. My rock, Fox still stays in the Salem area. We visit as much as possible. The distance just works for us I guess. For now I am busy with work and tryna watch Mik play soccer as much as possible. Girls are 11 and 15 and Sam is 13. They grow up quick!!! Can't believe Mik is a freshman and Janae is at JCMS now. I try to spend as much time with them as possible because i know there will come a day when they don't want me around... That's when I'll volunteer to chaperone dances and get kicked out for grindin on the hot 12th grader... just playin!
Lovin life.
Looking for new friends, tryna find long lost ones and reaquaint myself with those of you I haven't seen in awhile.

Insomnia....
Okay, I went to the doctor about a month ago cuz i got "Restless Leg Syndrome" and now I take these pills that help and I sleep MUCH better, but they make me groggy and on top of that the recent time change is not helping matters any.
Well, I got the kids off to school and went back to sleep, got up and ate some late brunch and later fell asleep in the early afternoon. Now it's late but I'm not the least bit tired, not even after taking my pill.
The only good thing is that I get some peace and quiet while the kids are sleeping and I get to watch what I want on tv without any interruptions.
Well, I just wanted to write on my blog since it has been awhile.
OH, I'm on a hunt for a good frybread recipe, so if you have one you are willing to share please pass it on to me. If you aren't willing to give away family secrets, that's okay.

Turkey Day 2007
The food was good and being with the kids, Tyson, and Peg was even better. It was our first holiday without mom and it was harder than I thought it was going to be. Wanted to cry but had to hold it in so I didn't scare the kiddos...They worry too much about me.
It was a small dinner, Tyson, Peg, Michaela, Janae, Samuel and myself. Everyone else had their own plans so we did our own thing too. Fox had to stay in Salem since he was working half a day....It wasn't the same-we are so used to having the Guijosa family join us so we missed all the company and the sound of the younger kids laughing and screaming. But the upside was that there were plenty of leftovers-until we ate it all today!
I'm thankful for my kids, friends, and being alive.

Life...and death
The past few months have been tragic. Michaela losing her father. Losing Alonzo, Rok, Ellen, and now my mom!!!! We've moved back to the rez to help take care of the house and the boys. Not getting as much support or help from those that I would expect to step up and help out or just give encouragement. It hurts and it pisses me off at the same time but what can you do?!?!?! I do appreciate the kind words of encouragement that I have gotten from people around the community, it makes me feel like uprooting my own kids once again was the right thing to do. It was hard to leave Fox/Hermi, I wish he could have moved but I know that financially it is better for him to stay in Salem. I'm sad, lonely, and I miss him so much but I know that Tyson and Samuel need me too. I have a lot to be thankful for and I have to believe that there are bigger and better things in store for those that we have lost.0 Comments 298 weeks

Su-Yenn S3/13/08Hey chick!! I know the feeling!! When things aren't going "right," it's like WHY even attempt to get outta bed!! I was like that on monday and tuesday!! But things'll get better I figure!! No way now but up!! Martin's team won, 6-2, his next 4 games are home, matter of fact he has one tomorrow, friday at 4pm, and again next tuesday and thursday I think. I'll have to double check though. TTYL, suyenn <3

Hey Alicia, whats up? Nada here, just chillin, IDNK that Tyson was gonna be a daddy!!! How exciting!!! Congrats!! right?!!?! Martin is getting ready to start baseball! IDK if we'll let him though, his grades have been slipping and IDK!! I HATE 16 yr olds, they sure like to think they know EVERYTHING!! EEWW, I sound like my mom, I keep telling myself that I'm not getting OLD!!LOL!! I hope the weather warms up, both for baseball and Rick coaches tball and he's suppose to start pratice soon!!!
