I am currently here in Gilbert. I just recently moved a couple weeks ago. I am likin' the Valley tho. Great people!! I am so easy to get along with, i love to laugh and have fun...i love to dance when i'm with my girls, and I absolutely love to sing in my car or in the shower. I am shy at times, but once u get to know me, it's hard for me to shut up...wait...I'll talk to u no matter what cause I love meetin' new people!!! I could walk up to anyone on the street and start talkin' the ears off. Don't dare me to do anything, because I will do it!!! I'm very, very, very self-confident, which some people may misconstrue as being cocky, self-centered, or conceited. But I've just got it like that, 'cause God has blessed me in so many ways!!! You may also find me at Barnes and Noble where I love to eat cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory, and drink caramel frappucino's from Starbucks!! I love to write and read
- Music
- I love listenin' to R&B, hip-hop, rap, jazz, blues, and just whatever else sounds good to me...I've also gotten into country a lil' bit more thanks to a NERD! I'll listen to metal and alternative music as well...I've got tons of different songs on my iPod so yeah....But I LOVE alicia keys!!! she's my favorite artist of all time!!!
- Films
- I'm such a movie whore it's not even cool. I go to the movies like every other weekend...i love romantic comedies and love stories cause that's just me...i'm a lover and not a fighter....Some movies may include, The Diary of a Mad Black Woman, Million Dollar Baby, the Anne of Green Gables trilogy, Star Wars (all of 'em), Rocky (all of 'em), The Notebook, A Walk to Remember, Harold and Kumar go to White Castle, 4 Brothers, and just a variety of genres!!!
- Sports
- I LOVE FOOTBALL...i could watch it all day and not get bored...i love basketball, i love to watch NCAA basketball rather than the NBA...i like to play volleyball, softball, BUT I HATE BASEBALL...it's too boring...go figure...and yeah...I also love to go rock climbing, running, playin' tennis (more recently), and badmiton. lol...Er'one says I look more of a cheerleader than anything, but yeah...I could do that too if I wanted too. lol...I love playin' all types of sports, and bein' smart helps me to grasp the basics of each one, lol...(lord willing)...when I look like a dodo that's okay too, cause I'll have fun anyway!!!
- Books
- I love reading books...they help to keep me sane, and also help me to leave the world I'm in and enter another world full of fantasy and such. Right now I'm currently reading Utopia by Thomas More, OKAY...Updated list...started new books again, finished last week's..."In Dubious Battle" John Steinbeck, Epictetus "Enchiridion", "Yonnonido" Tillie Lerner Olsen, "Human Nature and Conduct" Dewey, and "Last of the Menu Girls" by Denise Chavez....so wish me luck...new week, new pile of books...but it's good cause I absolutely love to read!!!!
- Past Times
- I absolutely, positively LOVE TO LAUGH...I love hangin' out with different people who can make me laugh, and that I can just be real with. I love playing softball during the summers with huge crowds of people. I love being spontaneous and doing things at whim. I love to play "Popcorn Balls." (don't ask lol...it's a basketball game)...I love to eat....My favorite food is Mexican food. WRiting poetry, short stories, and in my journal...Going rock climbing back at home on the rez, going horseback riding with the Dejolie's , watching movies that are heartfelt and have no meaning whatsoever, but just to watch it...and I LOVE LOVE LOVE to cuddle!!!

Life in Gilbert, Mesa, and Chandler!!!
Hey hey....so life is goin' good right now, depsite the fact that i kinda overdrafted earlier this week....but it's okay cause daddy took care of it. I seriously would be lost if i didn't have him. He and clara are comin' to visit this weekend to take me furniture shopping. those of u who've stopped by my new place, know that it doesn't compare to home. it's BARE!!!...lol...but again those of u who know me, know i'm very selective about my material things. So i've decided that I want my furniture from Ikea, and maybe coordinate nice pieces from other places. and then i'll invite a ton of u over for a dinner. (yea right, i can barely cook) I'm so spoiled it's not even funny....my nene's mom is the one who usually feeds me these days...and she is one of the best cooks i've ever known. i'm tellin' u she can cook...so thanks amie!!!
in addition, i've also found a job...lol...i just moved tuesday and i'm workin'!!! yes!!! i work in chandler at an internal medicine practice, which specializes in gastroenterology. i just started a couple days ago, but the women there are great!!! their very friendly people, and i'm glad aspen family medicine prepared me for the type of work i'm doin', cause i caught on quite quickly....(megan already said she loves me and it's only been 3 days since i've known her!!! right meegster?!)....lol. for now the valley has been friendly to me. ('cept for a weird guy that lives adjacent to me on the first floor...but nene can take him for me cause she loves me...right neniers?)
all in all, i'm livin' good...now it's on to getting into the college of public health at ASU for my Master's....let the games begin!!! Leave a 'ment even if it's just to say hi...lub u guys
