Ok so i reckon its time for another azizalicious session. I been talking to a lot of you guys lately just about random stuff.. how the year is going, how its ending - sadly, and how everyone is getting on. I feel the need to tell ya guys something, you must always remember this, remember it when you need to and even when you don't, because it's coming from the heart - cheesy.

Life isn't all about carrying the 1 up to the 3, finding out what 'x' is or writing the perfect essay about our not so perfect Lear. You need to understand that there is so much more out there, so much more that you could be doing. Life isn't about marks, heck, its not even about school, its about living. So what, you get a not achieved, is that going to kill you? is it going to harm you physically in any way? it may cause you to pull a Britney but never the less, your not going to die, unless you o-d.

Wake up everyday and make a promise to yourself that your going to live the day like it's your last. Live it like you have never lived before. Do something new - learn the solga boy dance, accomplish something different, make the people around you feel like they are worth it, it's what life is about. Make yourself memorable in a positive and honorable way - don't ever hold your two year old son over the ledge of a balcony - BIG NO NO.

Live with integrity, honesty, and hope. Always believe it could be worse and for that one minute that you sacrifice to watch that scrubs episode, substitute thankful thinking, be grateful for what you have, what your about to have and for being alive. If anything bad happens, always try and seek out the positives - for every ying there is a yang. Be crazy, spontaneous, amazing and original. Heck, you only have one life, do you wanna waste it like Britney?

Never ever freaking ever make anyone feel lower than you or simply put them down because then you become the sole responsibility of the consequences. DON'T ever put yourself in that situation, making people feel bad about themselves is so wrong and so not cool. This is cliche but true - treat people the way you would like to be treated, simple.

Lastly, never ever be afraid of your own opinions, beliefs or faiths. Don't be scared about what people think, its so over rated.

I want you all to just take a second (and this maybe cheesy but do it, it works) and tell yourself that your awesome. No matter what the situation, actually get up right now, yes, right now and tell yourself your the only you and theres no one that can change that.

One of my favorite quotes - "The Flap of a butterflies wing has the power to create a hurricane one thousand miles away". You can always make a difference, you can always make a change, and you always have the opportunity to be that butterfly =)

We talked about how the lights from the buildings and cars seemed like reflections of the stars that shined out so pretty and bright, that night.

Bret: Well you said meet me here in one year. You just needed some time to clear your head, and you seem to have done that.
