- Dissonance are a band based in the Clare region, originally formed in 2005 in Shannon.Currently gigging as much as possible around Clare. The band has had quiet a few line up changes through years. The current line up, and hopefully the last:
Garry McKee-Guitar,vocals
Martin Kerin-Drums,vocals
Podge Bambury-Guitar
Shane Barry-Bass
We are currently working on an E.P that will hopefully be released in the coming year. We have many influences; Muse,Placebo and Metallica to name a few.The style of music is never limited and we are constantly experimenting with new sounds.

Dear people in the beboest of lands...
Myself, Garry, Shane and Martin have decided that it's time for the Dissonance train to come to a stop. Reason being, the band have been together since 2005 and we feel that it's not going to go any furthur than it has been for the past while.
We'd like to thank all our fans in Shannon for singing along to our tunes and for supporting us at our gigs through the years. We really appreciate it!
Personally I'd like to thank the lads for the fun we've had the past few years. It was great while it lasted.
I reccomend you all start supproting Garry's project 'Realisms' which is regurlarly featured on 2fm. He's getting somewhere with it and it's easy to see why!

Ennis Music Project are looking for a Shannon Band to perform at the end of exams bash on June 21st at CYS Headquarters in Ennis.
