whats new with me you maybe wondering.. well fuck all really. appart form i got myself a littel crimbo jobby. woot go me... shit part is its at royal mail.. even shitter part is the jobs shit... n i mean UTTER SHIT... worst job ive ever ever ever ever ever EVER.... had... its bloody torture.. standing at a massive troph full of mail.. shoulder to shoulder for pretty much 7 hours..

its soul destroying. horrid job. everyone there hates it. the full time peeps htere call the machine were workin on the torture bench... so its not me exageratin.. have i spelt that correct.. bah who cares lol. but yeah working 3 till 10 every day... job finishes this friday though so at least its not torture forever.

Well today started out like any other. well except for the fact I didn’t sleep last night, at all... who knows why I don’t. lol.

End up going down town picking up application forms from everywhere and anywhere like. Went back to Argos picked on up from there (but i've got to go and grovel to the manager if I have any hope of getting that job) went to wilko and gamestation... but they both need c.v's which in my zombie no sleep state i forgot... how idiotic... bah...

Well anyways on the way up threw town good old Skippy calls me up. Seeing if I can work down the island today... thougth what the heck. Fucked up my JSA atm didn’t get paid for some reason so need the cash like. Went down n worked today, they asked me back for the full bank Holliday. Which I half expected, so it’s all good. Going to be pain me on the books too so ill be on proper rate... and believe it or not was told by lee that ill be on £5.30 cos im 22.. Now that’s a half decent pay rate for the island. Lol

So there I am got a lil money well will have next week. Had a pint or two after work. Got home to be offered another temp job starting beginning of September...

those of you that know about my time at port painters will probably know I was a trained fire watcher for Dow Corning chemical plant... well there having there anual shut down starting september.. Meaning shit loads of contractors doing shit loads of stupidly dangerous work with shit loads of stuff that could cause the place to go up in smoke... hence fire watchers are needed... 21 days straight 12 hour shits... bein paid £7.50/£8.00.... Omg ima love that defiantly signing on the dotted line... lol

So yeah had a weird day full of surprises. But been pretty good.

O and I fooking got sunburnt... and twisted my ankle yet again. rofl

Well anyways yet again I’ve blabbed my face off so ima leave it at this for now...

hey all.. i passed.. woot.

a day early we had the test sprung on us. our teacher thought we were all ready. me and the other two learning the counter balance.

we'd taken a mock exam under exam conditions but we all passed so that was that for the theory.. then after lunch break we had our exam. i was picked to go last so it wasnt a real nice wait. had ran out of backy too so u can imagine i was cravin a smoke like crazy.

finnaly it was my turn and im glad to say everything went great. except for one mistake and a little off on stacking a pallet.

my results..

Theory Test: 99%
Practical Test: 9 points.

you pass with 40 points or less on the practical. had best results out of all of us. including the guy with 5 years previous fork lift experience. woot. lol
