This is the most AMAZING thing in the WHOLE ENTIRE world.
Me and Lou should know.....Coz we help Chloe eat it! kehe....Here goes:

Base:

2 packets wine biscuts, crushed
200 grams melted butter
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup (20 grams) coconut
1/4 cup (50 grams) passion fruit pulp ( You can buy it from the supermarket so dont go mashing up your own passionfruit coz it will taste weird)

Icing:

2 Tablespoons butter, softened
2 Tablespoons cream cheese
4 Tablespoons passionfruit pulp
2 cups (250 grams) icing sugar

Method:

To make the base, mix in all 5 ingredients and press into a lightly greased slice tin.
To make the icing, cream together the butter and cream cheese. Mix in the passionfruit pulp and icing sugar. Mix untill smooth. Spread evenly over the base. Stick it in the fridge. Slice when set. Store in the fridge in an air tight container to keep firm.
