What a twat am I.. Saturday was my first viewing of my wedding dress, I woke up in the morning in a sheer panic, ended up with a bad case of deli belly.. even had to take reasue remedy, what's that all about.. I was only going to try the thing on.
As usual I was late to pick Laura up, only by a hour tho, but we got to the shop just on time.. modern day miracle for me I felt totally sick to my stomach when walking in but calmed down slightly by the time they had got us a dressing room.
There was another girl there with half her family there with her who was just trying dresses on but she was not amused at all that I was there... and needed to use one of the mirror.. here was my family saying how nice she looked aswell and me thinking that really suits u and all she did was growl and then huff about cos I was stealing a part of her limelight .. if she's like that now can u imagine what she'll be like on her big day.. bridezilla or what?? and I suppose it didn't help that Missus M told her the dress she liked looked like a old net curtain... the oldies are just sooooo honest !!!
I had totally forgotten what my dress looked like... my memory was correct i am like a bog roll dolly.. I completely forgot how big it is.. how i'm going to be able to move I don't know .. i'm considering roller boots, or a skateboard, that way all i have to do is stand on it and Mixu can stand behind me and give me a good push down the aisle...might be my only option. I also tried on my jewellery.. personally i think its a bit too bling but everyone else seemed to really like it .. i'll c nearer the time.. although not long to go now nearer the time is becoming a scarier and scarier prospect by the minute..
Laura tried on her bridesmaid dress.. its lovely (good choice) the colour is great, and it was just set off so well with the feathers.. (anyone reading this will be like ... feathers) - honest they are nice... not like like a giant chicken suit at all well I like it ,so did laura.. she'll just need to get herself a good bra or she'll end up with two black eyes

(X) Danced in the rain (of course I drink and it is scotland- combine the two and u have your very own singing in the rain)

(x) Watched the sunrise with someone you care about (yip on a cruise to santarina in Greece with David)
(X) Blown bubbles (yeah over a tiled floor... which of course made it like a ice rink)
(X) Gone ice-skating ( when i was wee i remember goin and it was easy... however we went afew years ago and i couldn't even stand up and my ankles where killing me.. whats that all about)
