Me, Myself, and I: I am the proud mother of 3 adult children.
What do you say when your son comes home and asks "...and what are you doing to save the planet?"
Well, I thought about it ...I am a scientist with experience in environmental and medical testing. I have governance skills (elected to the local branch committee of the IOD - Chair of Functions. Exec CMRF). I have the business skills needed to oversee a large organisation like ECAN (MBA Massey completed last year).
Sooooo I decided to stand for ECAN at the next local body elections (Sept/Oct). Then I decided that I would have time to stand for the Canterbury DHB as well.. So here goes!
I would love to hear what you think is important about the environment.
