THANK-YOU DINNER
Hello All Friends/Family,
The family will be hosting a dinner in Gitxaala at William Shaw Memorial Gym.
This dinner will take place on Saturday, May 15th, 2010. I believe there should be a ferry on May 14th, & 16th, for those interested in coming home for this dinner. The date has been also set to accomodate mom's other family (on her dad's side of the family).

My Mom
Hi All,
I received a call from my auntie Lila today in Vancouver. My mom had a doctors appointment to talk about the MRI scan that occurred on Tuesday.
The doctors are quite happy with how my mom is doing and how she handled the chemo therapy. Doctors also told my mom and auntie Lila that the tumour had shrunk considerably. My mom will now begin 35 days of radiation treatment on January 26th. My mom is now determined to follow through with her radiation treatment. Doctors also say that there is really no higher risks/side affects with the radiation treatment.
All in all doctors say there is 80 - 90% chance that they can cure my mom.
My mom wishes to thank everyone that has been praying for her and also talking directly to her and giving her words of encouragement. Thank you all and god bless you all and please remember to continue to keep my mom in your prayers.
