      Hi, The A levels mentioned in the FAQs are not essential but desirable though I have to say that all the subjects did help me in getting a job at BBC Radio 1. There are now more qualifications available that are more relevant to this business than when I went to school. I also did a BTEC Higher National Diploma (1 Year) and a university degree -BSc (Hons) Audio and Music Technology. Like me, you could always study something related to my field later on! Let me know if you have any more questions.
