      Dang. I seriously cannot believe it's here. After these 10 years of school, I'm finally a freshman. This is seriously insane. But it's a good thing that I finally found my best friend, Ciara Diane Rogers. And 3 extra best friends to back me up, Kenzi Pearmain, Madi Riggs and Liz Ames. I'm so excited for school!!! I'm in dance company, theater, and advanced 3 choir! Man, this better be the most amazing freshman year ever. Ahhh! I can't wait! :D

    • The City Lights <3

      It seems like these days, all I ever do is lay in my room, grasp onto my pillow, and wait for the sun to set. Then I can go out on my balcony with a blanket, my iPod, and my phone. And I sit out there. For hours at a time. And I just stare at the beautiful city lights. Because whenever I felt like I could go nowhere in this world, the city lights would give me hope. I don't know how, but something about them just keeps me going. And whenever I feel the warm desert breeze, it leaves me shivering. Just knowing that I belong somewhere gives me the best feeling in the world. Whenever I feel like I'm so alone and nobody likes me, I know the city lights are there for me. Kind of like a best friend, telling you everything will be okay. And now, when I have a problem, I just think, " The City Lights".
