My Timeline

Me, Myself, and I: The Arsenal project was initiated by producers Hendrik Willemyns and John Roan in 2001. With the early release A Volta and Release it got the band on a number of compilations. Soon enough they released the debut album Oyebo Soul. A mixture of pop, rock, world, dance and the exceptional vocalist choices (co-produced by Ray Mang and including vocals by Jhelisa Anderson). Meanwhile Oyebo Soul was also released in The Netherlands, Japan, Spain, Portugal and USA where they were heavily playlisted on KCRW, KUCR and others. Next to that A Volta? was used for the final episode of 'Six Feet Under' Arsenal has also proven to be a strong live band. This Summer they are lined up for nearly every major music festival in Belgium & Holland. Rock Werchter (www.rockwerchter.be ), Pukkelpop (www.pukkelpop.be ), Lowlands (www.lowlands.nl), Motel Mozaique (www.motelmozaique.nl) and many others. Live John and Hendrik are joined by a live band of 6 and several vocalists.
