- Guns n Roses became famous in the late 1980's When Appetite For Destruction was released 1987. They then went on to release Use Your Illusion I and Use Your Illusion II simeltaniously in 1991. They are thought to have sold more than 90,000,000(90 million) albums world wide.The arguments between the members mean Axl Rose(vocals) is the only remaining member of the Original Guns N' Roses.
The original band (1985) was:-
Axl Rose - lead vocals
Tracii Guns - lead guitar
Izzy Stradlin - rhythm guitar
Ole Beich - bass guitar
Rob Gardner - drums
Slash replaced Tracii Guns in less than a year and Rob Gardner was replaced in 1985 by Steven Adler.
The band continued to change members continuously (Slash leaving in 1996).
The current Guns N' Roses line up is:-
Axl Rose - lead vocals
Dizzy Reed - keyboards
Robin Finck - lead guitar
Tommy Stinson - bass guitar
Chris Pitman - keyboards
Richard Fortus - rhythm guitar
Bumblefoot - lead guitar
Frank Ferrer - drums
