      Norway for almost 2 months, Fantastic place, drink is rather expensive but there are no uggies!!! I can see myself heading back there before long.
      Oslo to Copenhagen, just spent the night there couchsurfing.
      To Berlin, got in about 23.00 found a hostel, went to the Jewish museum the next day, worth a visit. And wandered the streets "absobing" culture.
      Then overnight train to Warsaw, arive 5.45 (balls!) wander for a couple of hours, get a coffee, then wander the rest of the day away, bit of a depressing placeold town doesnt have much character, and nothing much to see anywhere els, though aparentlu missed some rather fine jazz clubs.
      Again overnight train to Prague. met a lovely Argintinian lass at the station in warsaw, so shared a carage wi her. Prague was amazing, fantastic architecture and lovely feel to the city, met a nice Australian girl in the hostel so went out the two nights we were there, found a decent jazz club (though not as dingy and smoky as i would have liked) I went to the Mucha museum wich was interesting, then the cumunist museum, wich wasn't all that great, then to Mucha's 93 year old dughter-in-law's who is a good friend of ours and lives right opposite the presidential palace so saw a large number of Mucha origonals , it was like walking into his studio, and got some tea and rock cakes of course.
      Then on to Budapest with the Aussie lass. couchsurfed there with a couple of english schollarly type lads who smoked like bloody chimneys. nice enough city, better in the summer i think, went to 16th century Turkish baths wich was an experiance, wearing just a 10" square of cloth. stayed just a couple of nightes
      Then ninteen hours on a train from Budapest to Millano and up to my uncles in Marchirolo for a well erned rest.....and a little play in the snow.

      Joffster walked me to the bus stop and gave me monies to get the bus to westhill. Once at Westhill I realised that the bus went no further... I then walked halfway to Sauchen and pirated someones car the rest of the way. Actually that random guy was my hero. I was not keen on walking the next 7 miles...I think I was home by 5am on saturday. Loose lots at the casino or win? Rough is the only way with a Huffelpuff. Kinky people. x

      2 days! You coming to Sues? If you make it to Aberdeen by Friday evening, me Ali Sue and Luca are going out for a meal, possibly the Foyer or that Nepalese place Ali keeps raving about. Apparently the other day in the car Luca said 'I miss Sheenie Shiney' how cute!? He then went on to have an argument about whether a plane was a 'helipopter' or a plane with Ali, 'No Ali, actually its a helipopter' how cool is he? And he sings ABBA now...       I thought your ferry was on the 18th? It is exactly 240 miles from Newcastle to Sue's house! And google maps tells me it should take you exactly 5 hours to get there! And you get to go through some pretty cool sounding places, for instance 'Eyemouth' I think that's quite exciting. Ok, thats probably the only cool sounding place on the way... See you SOON! xxx
