Hey kiddies, well, here i am, because there is nothing better for me to be doing on this thursday evening at 8:26 pm because work decided to not give my more than one shift this week. how sad however that is good, because i will be able to get some good sleep these next few nights.

so onn monday i went down to mandurah with afew mates for the rollercoaster boxing day concert thingy with most of my favourite bands playing. i had been drinking since about 12 in the afternoon so at 3:00 when we got there, i was relatively pissed.

i missed kisschasy, which was pretty sad, because i reallyreally wanted to go so i could see them in particular. but i think that i got over it pretty quickly when i bumped into Darren (singer) in the 18+ section and we started talkinhg about all kinds of shit. then he said he would try to get me a couple of backstage passes. after not returning for a while, Tom (EOF) came out because he was leaving, and i asked him if i could have his pass, he really wanted to keep it, so i told him i'd givbe it back at their next gig, the BDO. so my mate Joey, and myself managed to get backstage and hang out with gyroscope, the living end, spiderbait, end of fashion, kisschasy, and karnivool, and we had such an awesome time.

i was talking to justin from EOF and he was really great, usualy he just runs away, but he was good and talked to me for ages. a couplke of the calerway boys were there too, so i got to talk to them, and cam was just great. Drew from karnivool was fun to talk to again, and he's such a friendly guy. karl and darren from kisschasy were hillarious and rod from eof just didn't want to leave! i got to meet his brother max, and he was almost as huggable as rod. he was my replacement rod after he left.

i had such an awesome time, and it really was worth it. i don't think i would have gone home happy if i didn't get backstage. mainly because i wanted to talk to all my boys.
