Me, Myself, and I

Edinburgh based Douglas Kay first started playing local acoustic gigs in 1995 and has sinced honed his skills in coffee houses and bars throughout the world.

Debut album, Of All The Towns To Sleep In, is home to a mellow set of songs which have received airplay on BBC Radio Scotland, London station Xfm (where single Moving Target won the listener vote after featuring on the show X-Posure) and Australia's Central FM. The album also led to Kay's first Australian TV appearance in spring 2004.

Douglas formed the band in July 2004 by recruiting Alex Hunter (bass) and Hugh Martin (drums) and the trio have developed an individual sound to add to his unique songs together with a fanatstic live set.

With gigs throughout 2005, including a spot at the prestigious T-Break showcase, the band have now finished recording the second album and promotional gigs are being scheduled in time for its release later this year.
