The comeback
Hi everyone. Thanks for takin the time to have a read and see what's goin on with us.
It has been quite a while. Dyl and Len were in Hawaii for the summer (bastards) and Dyl is currently studying in the UK aand will be back in May.
We're currently looking for someone to play keyboards, plus sing, hopefully. This break has given us an oppurtunity to sit back and have a proper listen to our sound and to see how we can improve it.
We're still writing, but we're also looking at how we do that and how it can be improved.
Basic plan is, once Dyl gets back, we'll finish all the new material, have a look at the old sets and see if they can be improved, updated or just dropped. We'll spend the following three months rehearsing and refining the hell out of it and hopefully have a big end of summer blow out with a brand new cd, to boot.
Then, it'll be off to the fresher's weeks, followed by regular gigging. I'm gonna try and organise a video of us playin one of the newbies acoustically to throw up here and if there's any more news, I'll blog it up.
Otherwise, thanks to all of you for your continued support. You guys are the reason we're doing this.

Nine Miles to the Gallon
God, how can we describe Nine Miles to the Gallon. It's impossible to describe without words like "perfection", "unmissable", and "absolutely down-right sexy". Bands with real Major talent and sex appeal (and us following them around) have formed an all Ireland Tour. This tour is called, "Nine Miles To The Gallon".
"The Looks" : what can I say? Mere words cannot describe their awesome, (and insatiably) awesome sex appeal and catchy lyrics and melodies. Pile some chords onto that which are so awesome, God himself couldn't name them, and you've got "The Looks"
If you're lucky the great Gonzo himself might make a special guest appearance.

"The Fundamentals" : Usually when you encounter a band that are SO much better than you, it's a depressing situation, but somehow, the Fundies turn the situation into a positive experience. "hey guys, we might destroy you in every perceivable way, but in fairness, it's rockin man, it sounds good, it sounds really fuckin good, man". All we can say is that these guys really are a phenomenal band with an incomparable live show that YOU MUST SEE!

Hidden From Nowhere : We're just the same ole' HFN/Aggressive Broccoli that you've learned to love over the years. We'll be adding some new songs to the live show, and generally rockin the way we generally do. generally. There's a "Let It Go" single launch party on the way, so stay tuned. (word is, it's gonna be FREE!)
Not coz we're desperate though, just coz we love all you guys, oh so much.
