Oh!! the joy of slumber, there were times i never wished to nap as a child always thought i would truly miss some thing really fun. But now as i grow older the beauty of sleep is a luxuary by far. All the aches and pains the restless legs the rapid heart beat, the noise from out side the needing to cut the yard, just endless items in which taking a nap is just not going to happen.

Sleep is what a body does all on it's on without the help of medication, however the meds really work if one takes enough of them.

As time gets harder to understand and ever harder to maintain sleep is a releife that puts us out of harms way by making us not awear of harm headed our way. later as always bubba

it's funny though out our life there are those whom enter our world without notice and leave the same way, but yet the impact left behind can change all the ideas once held true to our hearts, for the better or the worse
but never the less a true change that is only seen as it is lived.
i thank god every day for those i have had the pleasure of knowing as for theses are the real treasures of life and laughter as always JLBeene.

well today is another good day above ground, I trust all those whom read this are doing good. for myself just getting older and not loving it.
i hope to read from each of you as you find time to share those moments
of despare or joy which ever comes first.
