- Hmm.. my life. Well.. over 3 years of it have been spent in the navy. I was stationed on the USS Abraham Lincoln and the President of the United States of America came on our ship to congratulate us on a job well done while serving over in the Gulf during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Let me tell you.. there were good and bad parts. I guess the good parts were spending 2 weeks in Perth Austrailia and seeing a bunch of different countries, such as Singapore, Sasebo, Hong Kong and Bahrain. Another good part was becoming a vet of war. Yep, it's true. I am now a veteran of war. WOOHOO! The bad part was that our ship was supposed to go on a 6 month deployment that ended up being a 10 month, yes you read it right, 10 month deployment. The anthrax shots were NOT fun! I repeat NOT FUN!! Also, carrying around gas masks 24/7 for 3 months straight... NOT FUN! What else have I been doing with my life? Oh yes, I am about to go back to school to get my Souse Chef License and recently have started going b
