- Ain"t it funny how quickly things can change? Just when you think you"ve got it all figured out, life throws you a curve ball. But the thing that never changes is how much I love my children. I love the way the light hits their eyes when they smile, the sound of thier voice (yes even when thier screaming "MOM", How my son who is to cool to be seen talking to his mom in school, runs over and gives me a kiss on the cheek goodbye before I leave, and how my daughter will still come to me with the big questions. Thank god for the little things that stay the same no matter what. And thank god for my friends, who always has my back, no matter how nuts I get. I'm not getting married and standing on my own two feet for once.

My Restraunt
Hey everyone long time no see. Things couldn't be better here, Chris (my boyfriend), and I have had the cafe we bought open for 13 days today, and things are going great. I love it. I hope to see some of you down here in the future. Cheyanne joined the swimteam, and Danny is now playing football, Chris's 2 boys also play football, so we are always on the run latley, but life is great. I miss all of you.2 Comments 305 weeks

The Call
Well, it's almost midnight on Thursday, and I can't sleep. I know why though, I got a phone call about 8 am this morning from the Crookston Corrections Center (jail) wanting to let me know that they shipped my ex husband out to Stillwater Prison this morning, where he will spend his next 30 days before going to Oak Park Heights Prison to serve out his time. Funny, but I never thought I'd feel sad about it, but the truth is I do. Not for him so much, but for the kids. I know they keep saying it's where he needs to be, but I also know they're worried about him to, after all he is their dad. I wish I could take thier hurt away. It breaks my heart to know thier hearts breaking again. I keep hearing from people that what we're feeling is normal, and will pass with time, and I pray thier right.
Thanks for keeping us in your prayers, and if you would tonight, not for him, or me, but my kids, say a prayer for their dad. I know I will. And maybe god will hear and help him use this time to get help so that he wont hurt anyone else like he has us.

I think just me and kayla are going but yeah i was wondering if it would be alright if we stayed a few nights. dont let the kids know cause i dont want to get them all excited and then let them down. you know who im talkin about.
