It's great arm and throat exercise you cant beat a glass of Rose or a nice pint of Stella (not very lady like i know but it quenches ya thirst) and you cant beat a Kayleigh Special woohoo, But if you mean an actual sport that involves running and playing in a team etc then my FAVOURITE just has to be FRIZBEE!!
