Me, Myself, and I
CafeCAST is a youth drop in cafe based in the city centre of Stirling, Scotland.

The cafe has Free Internet Access, Playstations, Big Screen TV, Pool, and Foosball as well as running regular sports, arts, drama and music workshops.

We've got a practice room for use by bands, and we've been the venue for loads of band/acoustic nights and other youth events. Previous bands include FLOOD OF RED, SUPERHERO, BLUETREE, EIGHT PAGE PULLOUT and LANDON.

Just like any good cafe we sell a wide range of snacks and hot and cold drinks.

Pop into the cafe to find out more. We're just opposite McDonalds in the city centre.
