AfterDark 25th June
AfterDark gets underway with a huge pyro display at the top of the ramp before the camera turns to the familiar faces of commentary team Roy Simpson & Dean Mason.
Welcome to the final instalment of AfterDark before UWW presents Ragnarok! Roy Simpson here alongside Dean Mason.
Thank you very much and we sure as hell have a good show in store for you here tonight and as we speak, UWW Chairman, Benzema, is in the ring with something to say so lets get straight down to business.
The camera turns to the ring and Benzema wastes no time in beginning to speak
In recent weeks we have seen some downright disgraceful behaviour from some of The Underworld?s superstars. Between then invading our arena, attacking our people during matches and slandering us on their show. Well it all comes to an end on Sunday. There will be a six man tag team match between three people from AfterDark, and three people from The Underworld. Our representatives will be Spike Daniels, Robert Stevens and Daniel Templeton. Underworld will be represented by Max Mayhem, Rocky Spencer and a third partner of their choosing. And as for tonight, we?re going to have us a triple threat match with Bobby Hogan putting his number one contenders spot on the line against Kenji and Damian Sty. Why? Well why the hell not!
Benzema immediately drops the microphone on the mat and exit?s the ring and continues up the ramp. The camera then cuts backstage, Kenji is making his way through the halls when Damian Sty walks straight toward him and looks him straight in the face.
I know you?re still new to AfterDark and all but seriously Kenji, you?ve been way in over your head in recent weeks and quite simply I?m getting sick of looking at your face. So how about you let the guys that have been on AfterDark from day one go out there and fight while you just turn around now and spare yourself the heartache of a loss tonight.
A smirk breaks across the face of Kenji as he steps in even closer to Sty.
Not that long ago I pulled a gun on John Charismatic, on that occasion I didn?t pull the trigger because he was my employer, you however aren?t even a blip on my radar. If you ever attempt anything like this with me again, I will pull a gun on you too, however you won?t be so lucky not to leave without a bullet lodged in your brain.
Kenji then pats Sty on the shoulder before walking off in a fit of laughter. The camera quickly returns to ringside.
That guy is extremely disturbing and I will be quite uncomfortable sitting out here when he competes later tonight.
Both men recently learned that they will be facing Bobby Hogan for the number one contenders spot to Jamie Robinsons Undisputed Championship in tonight?s main event. But in another tale of champion and challenger, Cruiserweight Champion Chris Walker must team with challenger Andre Bravado next in a six man tag team match. With just three days remaining before their match at Ragnarok, will they be able to work together?
This Sunday will be the final instalment of this long going rivalry as there will be no rematch clause if the title should change hands and the pair will not be facing off for the championship again no matter what the result.
Six Man Tag Team Match
Adrian Flynn & Benjamin Rioso & Dwayne Cray
Andre Bravado & Chris Walker & Alex Young
Newcomer Adrian Flynn steps in for his team to start the match. Chris Walker is also set to start off for his side. The pair lock up in the middle, Flynn eventually locking Walker into a headlock. Walker escapes with relative ease and swiftly kicks Flynn in the back of the knee, dropping him to one knee. Walker hit?s a dropkick to the back of the head and goes for the cover, 1...2..kick out. Walker goes to his corner and tags in Alex Young. Young runs at Flynn with the intent of hitting a clothesline but ends up getting hit with a scoop slam, cover, 1...2..kick out. Adrian Flynn pulls Young back toward the corner and tags in Benjamin Rioso.
Rioso comes in with an eye to make a big impact as he pulls Young to his feet and lifts him onto the top rope. Rioso climbs the turnbuckle and hit?s a superplex. Cover, 1...2..kick out again. Rioso stays on offence with a headlock. After a few moments being stuck in the hold, Alex Young battles back and breaks free, knocking Rioso back with an elbow and leaping toward his corner and hitting the hand of Andre Bravado. Bravado immediately makes an impact with a clothesline to Rioso, also following up with clotheslines to Flynn and Cray who insert themselves to the ring. Bravado clears house by throwing Cray and Flynn out of the ring.
Bravado gets back on Rioso and locks in an STF. Rioso taps! Bravado picks up the win for his team. Bravado raises his arms in victory, only to be clocked over the head with the Cruiserweight Championship by Chris Walker. Alex Young walks straight up to Walker in confusion but ends up getting hit with Thunder From Down Under.
Chris Walker has sent a message straight to Andre Bravado before their match at Ragnraok!
Andre Bravado really does have the Cruiserweight Championship in his head!
Less puns already!
?Over and Under? by Egypt Central plays as Walker raises the championship in the air and celebrates with the fans before walking to the back.
It?s do or die at Ragnarok, this will be the final meeting between Chris Walker and Andre Bravado!
As AfterDark returns from commercial, Underworlds Jim Hawks is standing by, ready for an interview.
Joining me at this time ladies and gentlemen, UWW Cruiserweight Champion chris Walker.
Chris Walker steps into the picture with his title belt over his shoulder and is showing the tiredness from competing.
Chris first off can you explain your actions in the ring?
What?s there to explain? Last month I recall Bravado attacking Stryker and myself before our title match, tonight I just returned the favour!
With just three days before you face off against Andre for the title, how are you feeling about the match?
I feel like a champion with a title match. I can only feel confident because if you?re not confident, you may as well not show up. I can?t afford to lose this match, there are no rematches if I lose, I have to win! That?s all I have to say.
Chris Walker walks away as the camera returns to the arena where Robert Stevens is already in the ring in anticipation of the Perfection Challenge.
It?s that time of the night ladies and gentlemen! The Perfection Challenge is up next. You all know the deal with this, I don?t believe there to be even one person backstage that can defeat me and tonight I will prove it one of two ways. One being that they will all realise that they can?t beat me and nobody will come out here. The other being that if someone does work up the courage to face me, I will dominate and destroy them one on one in this very ring! So what?s it gonna be?! Who?s man enough to face The Wrestling Machine?!
After a few moments of silence, ?Always? by Saliva plays and Owen Reid makes his way to the ring.
Owen Reid is AfterDark?s latest signing and he looks to start off big time tonight in a match against Robert Stevens!
Now this one should be interesting!
The Perfection Challenge
Robert Stevens vs Owen Reid
The two men locked up with Owen Reid managing to deliver a few punches to Stevens but Robert just takes a step back and superkicks Owen Reid to the ground. Stevens looks down at his opponnent and smirks. Reid looks up with puppy dog eyes. Stevens lifts Owen to his feet and throws him face first into a turnbuckle. Robert then pushes him into the corner and delivers fast jabs to the midsection of the younger star. Stevens continues this for a while then offers some toes to the gut also. "The Perfectionist" lifts his enemy up to the tup turnbuckle and delivers a devastating superplex. Stevens turns and covers. 1......2..... Owen Reid kicks out. Stevens gets up and unusually heads straight to the top turnbuckle. Owen slowly gets up but Robert flies down and takes him out with a flying clothesline. Robert covers again. 1......2.... another kick out by Owen Reid. Owen is up, he fights Stevens back with some punches and then irish whips Stevens and then goes for a drop kick which Stevens just steps back from with ease. Stevens grabs Owen Reid lifts him to his feet. Robert Stevens executes a brutal Picture Perfect. Robert Stevens drops to the mat with a cover. 1....2....3. Here is your Winner. Robert Stevens.
That?s three and zero so far for Robert Stevens on AfterDark! Nobody seems to have an answer for the icon of this business that is Robert Stevens!
It should be interesting to see if he can keep this streak going.
The camera cuts backstage to the office of general manager Daniel Templeton who is relaxed on the black leather couch in the office. The door opens, prompting Templeton to get to his feet. Trent Phoenix enters the picture, a security guard on either side of him holding his shoulders, Trent looking far from happy.
Hello Trent! I figured you?d be showing up here tonight, so I took a pre-emptive strike. These gentlemen will escort you from the building immediately. And also, don?t think you?ll be getting back in any time soon with your Underworld buddies, I knew they were on their way so I phoned them in at the airport as a terrorist threat, they won?t be here at all tonight.
You know I wish that I could be the third person in that tag team match at Ragnarok just so I could be the one to slap that damn cocky look off your face!
Too bad you?re not in the match, if you were then I?d feel a lot less guilty for this?
Templeton punches Trent Phoenix in the face making him fall to the floor. The two security guards immediately step in and keep the two apart, eventually forcing Trent Phoenix out of the office and on his way out of the building. Templeton straightens his jacket and sits back down as the camera returns to ringside.
This dispute between AfterDark and Underworld has reached boiling point and it all comes to a head this Sunday as there will be two inter-promotional matches. Trent Phoenix will compete in one of those for the Intercontinental championship final.
And his opponent will be determined next as Stryker squares off with James Montgomery!
Intercontinental Championship Tournament Semi-Final
Stryker is looking really fired up or this match and for the first time since his arrival, has not been behaving his usual goofy self, instead his face spells determination. The referee calls for the opening bell and like a greyhound out of the trap, Stryker bursts from the corner and spears Montgomery to the floor. Stryker immediately begins delivering lefts and rights to the face of Montgomery, causing a gash above the left eye and blood to seep from his nose. Seeing the damage done, Stryker changes his game plan and stands up and begins stomping on the right arm of James Montgomery.
As Stryker stops the vicious stomps, get gets back to the mat and locks in an arm bar and is relentless in pulling the arm. Montgomery taps out! The referee calls for the bell and this one is over quickly!
I can?t believe it! It?s over already!
The match may be finished but Stryker looks far from done.
Despite the bell continuously ringing, Stryker refuses to break the hold. Montgomery?s screams of agony eventually escalate as he shouts ?It?s broken! It?s broken!? Two more referees rushed to the ring and eventually pulled Stryker off of Montgomery. The referees then immediately call for medical personnel to attend to James Montgomery. Stryker looks on at Montgomery as he is stretchered away from the ring. Stryker eventually takes a microphone from ringside.
I hope you paid close attention to what I just did Trent! That?s jus what I was willing to do to get as far as the title match this Sunday. Just imagine what I will do to aid AfterDark in getting another one over on The Underworld, what I?m willing to do to a backstabbing traitor like yourself, but most importantly what I?m wiling to do to become the Intercontinental Champion! See you on Sunday Trent, I hope you have an ambulance on standby!
?Free? by Stryper plays as Stryker exit?s the ring and makes his way to the back.
Number One Contenders match for the Undisputed Championship

The attacker releases their hold on the victim's arm and pushes the victim's body so that it swings out straight behind the attacker's body. Damian Sty walks back up the ramp holding his neck as ?The Darkness Within? continues to play throughout the arena after Kenji?s victory. As Sty walks past the curtain, Jamie Robinson walks out to the stage. Jamie Robinson and Kenji stare at one another, Kenji eventually making a gun signal with his fingers pointed at the Undisputed Champion. The stare down continues as the camera fades and AfterDark comes to a close.

|Tag Team Match|
Andre Bravado & James Montgomery vs Stryker & Chris Walker
Stryker and Chris Walker are paired together again and are well accustomed to being a team. Andre Bravado doesn?t look pleased with his tag team partner and demands to start the match. Chris Walker elects to start things off for his team, prompting a quick change of heart from Bravado who quickly tags in James Montgomery. Walker and Montgomery lock up in the centre, Walker gaining the upper hand as he takes the power victory and pulls Montgomery back towards Stryker who tags himself in and delivers a kick to the gut of Montgomery. Stryker attempts to lock in a sharpshooter but Montgomery uses his leg strength to shove Stryker back as he returns to his corner and tags in Bravado who is now willing to enter the fray.
Bravado immediately runs towards Stryker but gets caught with a running knee to the midsection. Stryker immediately pulls Bravado back to the corner and makes another quick tag to Walker. Walker uses the ropes to leap in and land a leg drop on Bravado, cover, 1..2..kick out! Walker tags Stryker back in, Stryker emulates Walker and uses the ropes to leap into the air and attempts to splash Brvado, Bravado rolls out of the way and Stryker hit?s the mat! Bravado tries a quick pin, 1..2. Too near to Walker who breaks the pin. Bravado is first back to his feet and he stays on the offence by bringing Stryker back to the corner and tags in James whilst holding onto Stryker?s arm. James begins a series of kicks to the arm, stopping when Bravado exits to break the referees DQ count.
James tries to keep pressure on the arm and locks in an arm bar on Walker. Too close to the ropes however, referee orders for the break. Montgomery drags Walker to the centre and attempts to lock it in again, unsuccessful as Walker catches him with an inside cradle, 1...2..kick out! James tags Bravado back in, Walker also makes the tag to Stryker. The two legal men make it to the centre and begin exchanging rights and lefts, Stryker eventually ducking one and hitting a neck breaker on Bravado. Bravado rolls away and again tags in Montgomery. Montgomery runs at Stryker but Stryker picks him up onto his shoulders and hits ?Wake Me Up Before You go-Go?. Cover, 1...2..Bravado breaks the cover! Bravado pulls Montgomery back to the corner and tags himself in. Bravado hits an inverted DDT on Stryker, charges at Walker to knock him off the ring apron. Bravado climbs to the top rope and hit?s a flying Afro Headbutt, cover, 1...2...3! Bravado picks up the win for his team!
A solid victory for Bravado tonight, his presence must be made known to Chris Walker right now.
Chris Walker and Stryker have always worked well as a team and for Andre Bravado and James Montgomery to defeat them tonight is a huge achievement.
Bravado and Montgomery walk backward up the ramp happy with their win as Chris Walker and Stryker remain in the ring disappointed by the loss.
Tag Team Match
Bobby Hogan & Jamie Robinson vs Brayden Jackson & Logan Stewart
As this one kicks off, Brayden Jackson elects to start things off for his team. Meanwhile in the other corner, both Robinson and Hogan want to start the match. The referee informs them to hurry things up and Robinson slaps Hogan across the face, knocking him back to the corner and Robinson charges at Jackson and takes him off his feet with a clothesline. The referee orders Hogan out of the ring as Robinson seems happy with himself as he locks a headlock in on the now grounded Brayden Jackson. Robinson begins to deliver some hard knees to the mid section of Jackson as he keeps the headlock clinched. Robinson eventually breaks and pulls Jackson to his feet by the hair and pulls him toward the ropes and whips him across the ring to the corner. Bobby Hogan slaps the back of Robinson to tag himself in. The referee forces Robinson to the apron and Hogan is the legal man.
Hogan immediately runs at Jackson and bashes him right into the turnbuckle. Hogan rolls him up, cover, 1...2..kick out! Logan Stewart is desperate for the tag but his partner is isolated by Hogan. Hogan climbs to the top rope and awaits Jacksons return to his feet, Hogan eventually leaps for a cross body and delivers successfully, cover again, 1...2..shoulder up! Jamie Robinson has a hand in looking for a tag, Hogan pulls Jackson toward the corner and looks Robinson dead in the eye before slapping his partner across the face, referee confirms a tag, Robinson jumps off the apron with a hand on his face. Jackson capitalizes on the communication breakdown and pulls Hogan to the floor, Jackson scurries across the ring and tags in Logan Stewart!
Logan bursts into the ring and immediately blocks a punch from Hogan, countering with a punch of his own, and another, and another, Logan Stewart then kicks Hogan in the gut and hit?s a DDT. Logan goes for the cover, the referee doesn?t count, Logan missed the tag earlier and gets to his feet questioning the referee. Jamie Robinson slides into the ring behind Logan Stewart, runs up behind him and clubs him in the back of the neck before grabbing an arm and dragging him to the floor, Robinson locks in the Slight Of Hand! Brayden Jackson attempts to make the save but is brought down by a trip from Bobby Hogan. Stewart has nowhere to go?taps out! Jamie Robinson and Bobby Hogan pick up the victory!
Far from a tag team wrestling clinic by Robinson and Hogan, a communication breakdown almost cost them big time but they recovered and won the match.
Full credit due to the unlikely team, it was teamwork in the end that ensured victory?Oh boy this isn?t going to end well!
As Jamie Robinson is handed his Undisputed Championship belt, he raises it right in front of Bobby Hogan?s face with a smug look on his own. Hogan however smirks and shouts ?Enjoy it while it lasts Jamie!?. The referee quickly steps in between the two and Hogan drops and rolls from the ring and begins his walk to the back as Jamie Robinson continues to celebrate the victory as the camera fades to commercial.
Intercontinental Championship Tournament Semi-final
Triple Threat Match
Kenji vs Damian Sty vs Trent Phoenix
Guest Ringside Enforcer
The three competitors are in the ring and ready to go in this semi-final match. But we?re joined here tonight by general manager Daniel Templeton and what an honour it is.
It sure is great to be here guys, I?ve been looking forward to this one all week. Security is at an all time high tonight as Benzema demanded every possible entrance to the arena be guarded by at least two security guards. Max Mayhem and Rocky Spencer aren?t getting into this building tonight! The only person from Underworld here tonight is Trent Phoenix and it is staying that way I assure you.
With Spike Daniels being at ringside and you here on commentary here tonight, has something been planned to ensure defeat for Trent?
Oh no no no that is not true whatsoever. I?m here to call the match to let you both rest up a bit and Spike is just here to make sure nobody tries to ruin this match. Our intentions are pure.
The referee calls for the bell and immediately Kenji and Sty go straight for Trent Phoenix. Phoenix gets taken down to the mat and Kenji and Sty begin to unload a week of frustration on him. After receiving a series of punches and kicks from the Afterdark men, Phoenix struggles to the ropes, forcing the referee to pull them off him. Kenji however has different intentions and doesn?t get off the attack, instead pulling Phoenix to the middle and pulling him to his feet and hitting a release dragon suplex. Sty, eagerly looking to get on the attack, drops a knee on Phoenix. Both men immediately look to attack again. Kenji and Sty bump into one another trying to grab Phoenix.
The AfterDark superstars in disagreement, begin shoving each other until eventually they begin exchanging blows, Danian Sty gaining the upper hand as he pushes Kenji as far as the corner and begins shoving shoulders to the mid section. Trent Phoenix seizes the opportunity to roll out of the ring and recuperate. Sty climbs onto the middle rope and begins to punch Kenji in the face. He gets up eight shots before Kenji grabs him and hit?s a thunderous powerbomb. Kenji covers, 1...2..shoulder up! Kenji looks to the outside at Phoenix and bounces off the ropes before lea pinging to the outside with a suicide dive, Phoenix dodges and Kenji crashes into the ring barrier.
Trent Phoenix returns into the ring and tries a quick cover on Sty, 1...2.kick out! Sty isn?t going to be put down that easy, Sty rolls up Trent Phoenix, 1..2..kick out! Sty attempts to lock in a headlock, Phoenix easily gets out of it and sets up Sty for a Flaming Fountain, hits it! Cover, 1...2..Kenji breaks the pin! Spike Daniels slides a steel pipe into the ring, Daniel Templeton also slides inside and grabs the pipe, Templeton swings the pipe at Trent, he ducks and the pipe smashes into Kenji?s skull! Trent hits Templeton with a low blow, grabs the pipe and swings it into the gut of incoming Spike Daniels. Trent covers Kenji, 1...2...3! Phoenix progresses to the next round! He also wastes no time in rushing out of the ring and out through the crowd.
It was a set up all along but it didn?t work out!
Trent is in the final now and will face off against either James Montgomery or Stryker in the final! Tune in next week to see the second semi-final and to see how AfterDark recovers from this upset here tonight! From Dean and myself, goodnight everybody!
|Wednesday June 10th||6/2/09|
|AfterDark Wednesday June 10th|
AfterDark begins with a recap video of the brands involvement at Total Annihilation, featuring Andre Bravado defeating Chris Walker to become Cruiserweight Champion, Dwayne Cray losing to his ?Biker? adversary later identified as Tyson Hammond, Benzema defeating John Charismatic to become UWW Chairman, and finally, Jamie Robinson forfeiting his Intercontinental Championship before retaining his Undisputed Championship against Adam Brego. As the video ends, the camera enters the arena to a huge pyro display on the ramp. The arena is sold out and the fans are on their feet in anticipation of the show ahead. After sweeping around the sold out crowd, the camera turns to the familiar faces of AfterDark, Roy Simpson and Dean Mason.
Welcome ladies and gentlemen to the first AfterDark coming off the back of Total Annihilation! I?m Roy Simpson and I am joined as ever by dean Mason at ringside.
And what a night we have in store for you here tonight! As you saw last Sunday night, Jamie Robinson has handed in the Intercontinental Championship and we will be kicking off AfteRDark tonight with a tournament which will eventually decide a champion! We will also see Chris Walker activate his rematch clause against Andre Bravado here tonight for the Cruiserweight Championship.
?The River? by Good Charlotte plays through the sound system, sparking a good reaction from the crowd as AfterDark general managers Benzema and Daniel Templeton make their way to the ring.
But to start off the show tonight, Benzema will address the AfterDark audience for the very first time since becoming Chairman of the board.
John Charismatic out, Benzema in! I?m loving this! We already saw him suspend Michael Lee on Underworld and now they are without any authority whatsoever!
The AfterDark management are now inside the ring, both with microphones in hand. Daniel Templeton raises his to speak.
I know you?ve all been waiting patiently for change in UWW and it begins here tonight! I know you all want to know what will be happening so I?ll let our new Chairman speak in a moment. First though I want to inform you all of something. At this moment in time we have an Undispted Champion in Jamie Robinson, but right now we do not have a number one contender. However by the end of the night we will have a challenger confirmed for Ragnarok! I?ve said my piece, now one more time, the NEW Chairman of Underworld Wrestling?
Daniel stopped speaking as the big screen cuts to the backstage area where Rocky Spencer, Max Mayhem, and Spike Daniels from Underworld, were loitering the halls. Max eventually walks closer to the camera and looks directly into it.
Hello AfterDark! I?m sure you?re all wondering why we?re here tonight. Well to put it simply, after John Charismatic departed from UWW for the month and Michael Lee was suspended, Underworld has been left severely wounded. So what I decided to do was rally the troops and come pay a visit to Afterdark, and long story short, we?re taking over! Enjoy the show everybody!
Max shoves the cameraman to the floor and the feed from the back is cut off. The camera returns to the ring.
Security! I want those people out of the building right now! Get them out of here!
The camera fades to commercial as Daniel Templeton is quickly leaving the ring and making his way to the backstage area.
Intercontinental Championship Tournament
James Montgomery vs Alex Young
This match begins with the two men locking up. Alex Young forces James into the corner. However James hits an elbow to the skull of Young. Montgomery then continues by offering some jabs to the face. He then runs off the ropes but Alex ducks under then runs off the ropes and comes back to spear Montgomery and following up with some powerful fists down on the mat all over the body of James. James rolls over and then gets up, as Alex also reaches his feet, Montgom' delivers knee to the mid-section of Young and then gets him in position for a Piledriver. He lifts him up and hits a high-impact Piledriver. James drops down to his knees and covers Young. 1....2... but no, Alex Young with the strong kick out. James begins to stalk Alex, backing into the turnbuckle and squatting. Alex reaches his feet, and James goes for an Enzurgi but Alex ducks out of the way, and then as James manages to stay on his feet Alex takes out James from the back of his legs. Taking him down to the mat. Young heads to the top turnbuckle. James struggles to his feet and Young dives at him with a crossbody and taking Montgom' back to the mat. Young with the cover, 1......2... and James with a kick out! Young lifts James to his feet but James counters with a devastating quick-impact Cradle Neckbreaker. Dropping himself and Young to the mat. He doesn't have the energy to get the cover, unfortunately for him. Suprisingly, Alex Young is first to his feet, he immediately heads to the top turnbuckle. James Montgomery is still flat on the mat, Alex flies off and goes for 'The End' but Montgomery was playing possom, he rolls out of the way and then leaps up. Montgomery backs into the corner, Young is to his feet! Montgomery hits the 'Deception' Montgomery drops to the mat. 1......2.....3! James Montgomery wins in a very short match up.
Montgomery has done it! He's the first semi-finalist in this Intercontinetal Championship Tournament! What a fast yet explosive match!
I have just had confirmation that Logan Stewart and Brayden Jackson are unable to compete here tonight. And with the battle Royal only having two particapants in it, between Paul Benzema and Daniel Templeton have come to the decision that replacing what would have been Logan or Brayden, will be Stryker. And the man taking the Battle Royal Place, and going on to face tonight's Main Event winner will be Trent Phoenix. In 2 weeks time we will see James Montgomery taking on Stryker in a hockey stick on a pole match. First one to get a 3 count wins, and the only weapon available to use is the Hockey Sticks which will be attatched to two poles above either turnbuckle. After this break, we get the oppurtunity to see the Cruiserweight Title rematch between Chris Walker and Andre Bravado!
Backstage, Benjamin Riosu is constantly knocking on the door of Daniel Templeton's office, demanding a match here tonight.
The commercial break ends with Robert Stevens stood in the ring, in wrestling attire, bodly holding a microphone. He looks around the thousands of fans before raising the microphone to his lips as he begins to talk.
Tonight, ladies & gentlemen, is a very special night. Tonight is the opening night of The Perfect Challenge! Now I don't know whether this will hapen every week, every couple of weeks or so on, but this is almost how you would say a title? Well not a title but like a name. I believe that nobody can defeat me, and I am going to prove this by challenging superstars on the AfterDark roster to a match of my choice every week, this one starts with a classic singles competition. Do I have any takers? Does anyone wants to take on Robert Stevens?
There is no music, or sign of anyone entering the ring. Suddenly 'Calvin Harris - Not Alone' hits the ring and Daniel Templeton strolls out holding a mic and he rapidly begins to talk.
I have an opponnent here for you Robert, well he's been going on at me for a match all evening so I figured what better way to have a debut other than to face the man himself, Robert Stevens. So in just a little while, Robert, you will go one on one with Benjamin Rioso.
Robert chuckles as 'Calvin Harris - Not Alone' hits the ring again and Daniel Templeton heads backstage with Robert Stevens trailing behind him.
Cruiserweight Championship Rematch
The Final Bout
Andre Bravado vs Chris Walker
Both men are looking for a definitive end to this feud tonight as the Cruiserweight Championship is on the line once again. The referee raises the championship in the air before handing it to the announcer at ringside. He calls for the bell and this title match is underway. Chris Walker begins the same way as he did previously and goes straight on the attack, however Bravado was ready this time and ducks under a clothesline and grips the waist of Chris Walker and rolls him up, 1..2..kick out. Andre jumps back to his feet and delivers a big boot to the face of the challenger. Bravado goes to cover again, 1..2..kick out.
Andre stays on attack and locks in a chin lock to the opponent. Walker eventually struggles to his feet, but Bravado kicks the back of Walker?s knee to bring him back down. Walker begins throwing wild elbows, one of which catches Bravado in the jaw, making him break the hold. Bravado frustrated, draws a boot to the back of Chris Walker. Walker now on one knee, reaches out and grabs Bravado by the ankle and pulls his leg out from under him, Walker quickly jumps over him and attempts a cover, 1..2..kick out. Both men return to their feet and Walker hit?s a dropkick to the champion, cover again, 1..2..kick out!
Bravado scurries the outside of the ring and grabs his Cruiserweight Title belt and begins walking away, much to the anger of the crowd. Chris Walker immediately exit?s the ring and rushes up the ramp after him and clubs him in the back. Bravado stumbles and also drops the belt. Walker throws him into the crowd barrier before dragging him back to the ring. Walker places the champion inside the ring and follows after. Walker grabs Bravado by the afro to pull him up but Bravado rakes the eyes of Walker. Bravado gets in behind Walker and hit?s a back cracker! Cover, 1..2..shoulder up! Bravado can?t believe the kick out. He stands up and awaits Walker to return to his feet in anticipation of an Inverted DDT. Walker slowly returns to his feet, Bravado looks to grab him, Walker dodges the grip of Bravado, Thunder From Down Under! Walker falls on Bravado, cover, 1..2..3! Chris Walker has recaptured the Cruiserweight Championship!
A week and a half after losing the title, Chris Walker has won it back!
Tremendous effort from Andre Bravado but Chris Walker has done it again.
Chris is handed his championship belt and raises it in the air in victory. Andre Bravado eventually returns to his feet with help from the ropes, holding his jaw after the thunderous kick he just received. Both men stare across the ring at one another, Chris Walker eventually moving to the centre offering to shake the hand of the former champion. Bravado looks around at the crowd who are chanting at him to shake Walkers hand. Bravado eventually complies and quickly shakes the hand of the new champion before walking away bitterly disappointed.
A great showing of class and sportsmanship from both men after a great match.
Something we need more of here in UWW.
Even this commentary team needs more class about it, maybe I should replace you with Chris Walker!
Chris Walker applauds the crowd and raises the championship in the air again as the camera fades to a commercial break.
The backstage area shows Benjamin Rioso stretching his legs against a bench and then on the half of the screen it shows an image of Robert Stevens stretching his arms. Next comes up in bold writing.
After a few moments of suspense, Benjamin Rioso and Robert Stevens make their long awaited entrances to the ring.
The Perfection Challenge
Set for one fall
Robert Stevens vs Benjamin Rioso
This match begins with Robert Stevens closing in on Benjamin Rioso who backs into the turnbuckle, Robert throws an arm at Benjamin, but he avoids and then pushes Robert into the corner and hitting some deadly crossbody chops. The referee comes in between the two. Robert steps back in shock as he is stunned by the chops. The UBW Chairman challenges Rioso to a test of strength as Robert comes out superior and irish whips Benjamin. Stevens ducks, in an attempt to flick his opponnent over his shoulder but the younger athlete stops himself, drops to one knee and then uppercuts the veteran. Rioso is proving that he can match the technique of the UBW hall of famer. Rioso runs off the ropes and clothesline Stevens but Stevens just shakes his head, ignoring the clothesline. Benjamin runs off the ropes and then hits a missile dropkick but a veteran move by Stevens allows him to avoid the attack. Robert then runs off the ropes and hits a running bulldog. Stevens covers. 1...2... but Benjamin gets his shoulder up. Robert looks up in anger and confusion before getting to his feet and attempting an elbow to the body but Benjamin rolls out of the way. He then gets to his feet and Stevens runs at him but Rioso reverses it into a sit-down spinebuster! Rioso falls backwards and begins to regain energy before realising he needs to get to his feet. Stevens is also up quite fast considering the high impact move. Rioso kicks Stevens in the gut then runs off the ropes and goes for an Axe kick but Stevens moves out of the way and then his a German suplex on the young athlete. The veteran holds on and hits four more german suplex on the light heavyweight, Rioso. Stevens pumps his arms to mixed reactions by the fans as he tries to get them on his side. Benjamin eventually rushes to his feet, but Stevens grabs him by the head and smacks his head into the turnbuckle. Rioso turns around lifts Stevens up and hits a scoop slam. Rioso takes this oppurtunity well by hitting a standing moonsault and then running off the ropes and hitting a leg drop before leaping to the top turnbuckle. Rioso throws himself down to Stevens in attempt to hit a Frog Splash. It hits! 1...2.... Stevens with the kick out! How did Stevens managed to kick out of that on slaught! Some great resilliance shown there as well as some great wrestling ability and high technique by the debutant. Benjamin can not believe it. He looks up in disbelief before climbing to his feet. Stevens also staggers to his feet, extremely groggy. Rioso kicks him in the gut and then hits a devastating corkscrew neckbreaker! It could be over! Rioso covers again! 1......2..... no! Again Stevens with a great kick out. Rioso climbs to the top turnbuckle. Stevens stutters to his feet, Rioso leaps at Stevens but Stevens catches him! Stevens executes the 'Picture Perfect', with absoloubt.... Perfection! Stevens falls on Rioso. The cover.... 1........2.....Oh my god! Rioso some how, some way, got his shoudler up. This has never happened before, you just don't see this happen! Stevens lifts Rioso to his feet, and Stevens throws him at the turnbuckle, Rioso leaps onto the top of the turnbuckle showing great athletisism. Stevens turns around grabs Rioso... and from the top rope! The 'Picture Perfect' and it couldn't have been hit better! Stevens drops down. Covers. 1.........2.......3! Robert Stevens comes out on top, in a truly epic battle.
If Benjamin Rioso was not proud of his performance here tonight then he is a fool. That was one of the most epic battles in history, I loved every minute of it!
What a fight, what a match, what a performance by both superstars!
Stevens stutters to his feet again, extremely groggy as he heads over to the ring assistant and grabs a mic.
Benjamin, listen. Tonight, I went into this match thinking I had it easy, but I can honestly say in my whole career of wrestling that was one of the greatest matches I have ever wrestled in. And you should be very proud of yourself for such an amazing performance on your debut.
Rioso looks into the eyes of Stevens. Robert drops the mic and offers a hand to Rioso. Benjamin accepts the hand shake by the veteran as the fans cheer. The shot fades for a commercial break.
As the show returns from commercial, ?Together We Made It? by Busta Rhymes fills the arena, the Undisputed Champion makes his way to the ring with his Championship belt draped over his shoulder looking as happy and confident as ever, dodging the hands of any fan that stuck one out to him.
They say you determine how good your champion is after he makes his first defence of the title, and Jamie showed just how good he is as he fought off Adam Brego at Total Annihilation.
He is looking unstoppable at the moment and the one question on everybody?s mind is who can stop this man?
Jamie enters the ring with a microphone obtained off the ring steps. He looks around the crowd and as his music stops, he raises the microphone to speak.
There are those of you that doubted my ability. Those of you that doubted my drive to come home as Undisputed Champion. Yet here I am, and here Adam Brego is not. I defeated him at Total Annihilation and ensured he went out with no title to his name whatsoever. To show you all just how superior I am to the rest of this company, I relinquished that signature of mediocrity known as the Intercontinental Championship. And just to put the entire roster on notice, there is not one of you that will ever stop me. There is nobody in the entire company that will ever take this championship from me, and until the day that I decide to end my wrestling career, I always will be Undisputed Champion! That?s all I have to say to anybody.
Jamie drops his microphone and is about to leave the ring when ?Pain? by three Days Grace begins to play throughout the arena. The fans are on their feet in applause as Bobby Hogan bursts through the curtain. Bobby has a microphone in hand and doesn?t even wait for his music to stop playing or for the crowd to die down before speaking.
Jamie, Jamie, Jamie. You haven?t actually forgotten something have you? You see there?s something I feel that I should inform you of. There are a number of competitors that have been in Underworld Wrestling since day one, you and I are two of them. So at Ragnarok, for the first time in AfterDark history, two UWW originals will go at it for the grandest prize this company has to offer, the Undisputed Championship! So the challenger for the Undisputed Championship at Ragnarok, Jamie, is me!
The crowd go crazy as Hogan confirms himself as number one contender. His music plays again as Hogan raises his arms in the air. Jamie Robinson looks on at Hogan, with an angry look on his face as Hogan takes in the applause of the crowd. The camera suddenly cuts to the backstage area. Max Mayhem is standing at a doorway talking to whoever is inside the room.
So we?re agreed on what you have to do. Don?t let me down!
Max then turns and closes the door, looking quite pleased as he continues down the halls whistling. The camera then returns to ringside with the commentary team.
Security haven?t caught them yet? How on earth are they still roaming the halls?
It?s something for security and management to deal with Roy, keep your nose out of other peoples business for once, we?re here to call the matches.
I know but?
Coming up next! The last match of the night for our Intercontinental championship tournament, Kenji goes one on one with Damian Sty, both men are eager to continue, it remains to be seen who will!
Intercontinental Championship Tournament
Kenji vs Damian Sty
As the opening bell tolls, Damian Sty is clearly uncomfortable standing across the ring from the eerie Kenji. Damian begins to circle the ring but stops after a few steps as Kenji is standing still, staring at him. Damian moves to the centre of the ring and raises a hand in the air to try getting a test of strength started, but again Kenji doesn?t comply. Kenji delivers a kick to the gut and hit?s a hard DDT. Cover, 1..2..shoulder up. Damian rolls to the outside of the ring to recover from the startling start. Damian shakes off the effects of the DDT and returns to the ring by the count of 5. Kenji immediately runs at Sty, but Sty is aware this time and hit?s a scoop slam, cover, 1..2..kick out.
The pair lock up in the middle of the ring, Kenji getting the better of Sty and pushing him back towards the turnbuckle, the referee stands in and informs Kenji to release, Kenji seems to oblige until catching Sty off guard with a cheap punch to the face. Kenji follows up with a kick to the gut before placing Sty on the turnbuckle and climbing to the middle rope. Kenji looks to hit a superplex but Sty battles hard with stiff punches to the midsection before shoving Kenji off. Sty seizes the opportunity and leaps off the top rope and delivering a knee to Kenji, cover, 1...2..kick out!
Damian steps back from Kenji, awaiting him to return to his feet. Kenji pulls himself up with the ropes, Damian charges at him to try the Damian Train, Kenji dodges it, Damian bounces off the ropes, Kenji attempts lights out, Damian ducks under. Both men run at one another and clothesline each other. Both men return to their feet at the same time and begin exchanging punches, they continue to do so. A commotion is beginning amongst a particular area of the crowd. The camera turns to this spot and Trent Phoenix is breaking his way through them, he leaps over the barricade and slides into the ring, taking both men down with a double clothesline. The referee immediately calls for the bell.
What the hell is Trent Phoenix doing?!
I don?t know but the referee has stopped the match in a double disqualification! What does this mean for the rest of the tournament?
Trent Phoenix continues his beat down on the two men as May Mayhem, Rocky Spencer and Spike Daniels make their way to the ring. Max and Rocky enter the ring, while Spike goes around to the timekeepers seat and grabs a steel chair. Max, Trent and Rocky begin a three on two assault on Kenji and Damian Sty as Spike Daniels enters the ring with a steel chair in hand. Te beat down continues until Max instructs Spike to hit the AfterDark superstars with the chair, at which point ?In The End? by Linkin Park plays through the sound system, the men in the ring stop what they?re doing and look up at the entrance ramp as Daniel Templeton and Robert Stevens emerge from behind the curtain. Templeton has a microphone in hand and he begins speaking as the pair continue their path to the ring.
Never underestimate the predictability of stupidity! Do you honestly think that you?ve been getting past our security due to your own thinking? I had you in our sights the entire time on the security cameras! And we knew even before tonight that you were coming. You see Max, you need to be more careful about who you trust, before Benzema left Underworld last week, he paid off one of your pals to inform him what?s going on.
Max begins laughing and he turns to look at Rock and Trent on his right who are also laughing, however as he looks to where Spike was standing previously, he is no longer there. Max looks back towards Templeton and Stevens only to see Daniels walking towards them.
As for you Trent, you have committed a high act of treason tonight, go with your Underworld friends if you want, but just to let you know, you aren?t don with AfterDark. After what you did tonight, you will compete next week in a triple threat match against the two men you thought you ruined the tournament for, Kenji and Damian Sty!
It?s back on! Damian Sty and Kenji both have another chance in the Intercontinental title tournament!
Back in the ring, Kenji uses his remaining strength to hit a low blow on Trent Phoenix before rolling out of the ring. Templeton, Stevens and Daniels immediately rush into the ring and a brawl breaks out between AfterDark and Underworld?s personnel. As the fight rages on, the AfterDark symbol appears in the bottom corner, the camera fades as the show ends.
|AfterDark 27th May||5/21/09|
|As AfterDark comes on the air, the screen remains dark. The fans can be heard in the arena, yet the lights remain out. A video begins to air, showing a segment from last Saturday nights Underworld show.|
Taken from The Underworld
John Charismatic is seen standing in the middle of the ring with a microphone in hand looking around at the crowd. The entire attendance booing and jeering him
John: I am sick and tired of this... I, the creator of Underworld Wrestling, am getting no respect from anyone here in The Underworld, or anyone over at AfterDark. Daniel Templeton thinks he has the power to book me in matches? He thinks he has the power to force me into an Extreme Rules match with Paul Benzema? I don?t have to do anything...however, I am interested in putting Paul Benzema in his place, I am very interested in beating the living crap out of him! I am also interested in embarrassing him, humiliating him, making him pay! So, Paul... I hope you?re listening and listening good! At Total Annihilation, if I win. Then I take over your G.M Position at AfterDark for a month! If you win, you can have any stipulation you want! But don?t count on winning Paul, or you?ll be very disappointed!
The crowd begins to boo at John, John simply ignores them and smirks
John: Because That?s...How I Roll!
As the video ends, the lights in the arena light up, in the middle of the ring a black table stands in the centre, Paul Benzema and John Charismatic sitting at either side of the table, Daniel Templeton stands at the end with a contract in one hand and a microphone in the other. As the crowd die down, Daniel raises the microphone to speak.
I am aware that I was the one that made this match for Total Annihilation, expecting that I would be bringing an end to the constant arguing between the both of you, but now I am regretting that decision. So please, take my offer for both of you to just walk away from this before it gets any further out of hand.
John looks at Templeton with a smile on his face and shakes his head refusing the offer. Benzema likewise looking at Templeton but not showing any emotion and eventually brings his cold stare back towards John Charismatic.
Fine then, God help me I tried. Right here is the contract that will make the match this Sunday official. As seen, John Charismatic has announced Paul Benzema?s job will be on the line in the match, Paul has yet to announce John charismatic?s stake but will do so when the contract is signed.
Daniel places the contract on the table in front of John Charismatic who wastes no time in signing the document. John then takes a microphone from the table in front of him.
I?m feeling really good about this match on Sunday. It?s huge on so many levels. I pick up yet another victory in the empire that I built, and I remove the biggest mistake to ever walk into it! But I?m a fair man so as I said on Saturday, you may have anything you want if you win on Sunday. Take all the time you want to make a decision, you have until Sunday to announce it. Just put your name on the contract to ensure you don?t run away from the match.
John places the microphone back on the table and pushes the contract towards Benzema, who takes the contract and signs the document, also flipping the page and writing in something else. He then takes the microphone to speak.
It?s always been that way with you, hasn?t it John. You see someone that can potentially outshine you at something and you do whatever it takes to ensure the spotlight stays on you. You don?t have to worry about waiting until Sunday to find out what?s at stake, I took the liberty of filling in the blank space. But before Daniel announces what exactly that is, I have an announcement of my own. You will wrestle tonight, in a six man tag team match, you?ll team with Damien ?Lord Of Darkness? and a returning superstar, The Rising Superstar of 2008, Kenji.
The news is setting in to The Chairman as he seems immobilised by what?s being said.
And to be fair, I?ll pick the opponents. One will be your opponent this Sunday, Paul Benzema. Dwayne Cray, and the number one contender to the Undisputed Championship, Adam Brego! But now on to the Total Annihilation stipulations. If John Charismatic wins then he will take over Paul Benzema?s general manager post. And if Paul Benzema wins?
What? What is it?
If Paul Benzema wins, then John Charismatic must step down as Chairman and Paul will take his place for a month.
John sinks back into his chair with his hands on his head while Benzema stares across the table at him. The camera fades to a break as the show cuts to break.
You?re On UWW begins June 7th. Be sure to share your views with guests: Clavo Cruz, Bobby Hogan, Robert Stevens
Debutants team up!
Tag Team Match
Logan Stewart & Brayden Jackson vs Alex Young & James Montgomery
As the show returns, the four newcomers to AfterDark are in the ring and ready to go. Brayden Jackson elects to start off for his team as James Montgomery also decides to start off in the ring. The pair circle the ring, slowly moving in to lock up. As they do, James gets the upper hand and locks in a headlock. Brayden is quick and picks James into the air and hits an atomic drop. Feeling the pain, James scurries to the corner and tags in Alex Young. Alex leaps over the top rope and lands inside the ring, ready to get into the action. He immediately dodges a clothesline attempt from Brayden and hit?s a dropkick. Alex stays on the offence as he bounces off the ropes and drops a knee to the midsection of Brayden. He again bounces off the ropes and delivers another dropkick to the face of Brayden who is attempting to return to his feet.
Logan Stewart is desperate to get into the ring and is at full stretch attempting to get a tag to Brayden who is now trying to crawl to his corner, problem being Alex Young walking alongside him. Brayden is inches to his corner when Alex draws a kick at the mid section of Brayden and drags him back across the ring and makes a tag to James Montgomery. James enters the fray as he leaps over the top rope and delivers a leg drop to the grounded Brayden Jackson. James stays on the attack with a number of stomps to the body of Jackson who is attempting to cover up. James pulls Brayden back to his feet and whips him across the ring, as Brayden bounces off the ropes Logan Stewart makes a blind tag, James hit?s a scoop slam on Brayden and goes for the cover but Logan is now the legal man and hit?s a running dropkick to James.
Alex Young enters the ring and charges at Logan but Logan sees him coming and flips him over his head. Logan clotheslines James back down to the mat before clotheslining Alex again who this time rolls back out of the ring. Logan turns and spears James before locking in a boston crab. James is in serious pain and has his hand raised in the air, Logan breaks the hold as he sees Alex Young coming towards him. Logan attempts a spear but misses. He bounces off the ropes and runs straight into a Death Valley Driver from Alex Young and James Montgomery. James goes for the cover, 1..2..shoulder up. James can?t believe the opponent kicked out. James returns to his feet and awaits Logan to return to his feet. Alex Young has run around the outside and pulls Brayden Jackson off the ring apron. Logan Stewart returns to his feet, James hits Deception! Cover, 1...2...3!
Alex Young and James Montgomery pick up the victory on their AfterDark debut.
Can?t take anything away from Logan Stewart and Brayden Jackson though, they also put on a good showing here tonight.
Someone new debuts here almost every week on AfterDark and you can?t help but be impressed by the new signings.
Alex Young and James Montgomery celebrate their debut victory as the camera fades to commercial

Set for one fall
Chris Walker vs Stryker
Two exciting young Cruiserweights in action here tonight, one of which being the Cruiserweight Champion. These two have teamed up twice in recent weeks, also coming within an inch of becoming tag team champions. Tonight they face each other for the first time, both have a mutual respect for each other as they shake hands before the match. Chris Walker?s steel chair a noticeable absence tonight as he comes to the ring with only his championship belt. The referee hands the belt to the outside and calls for the bell for this one to get underway. The pair stall the start of the match as they take in the chants from the fans who are evenly matched with chants of ?Lets go Walker!?, ?Lets go Stryker!?. Eventually the pair lock up. Walker gets in behind Stryker and wraps his arms around the waist of his opponent, Stryker hit?s a stiff elbow and emulates his opponent and goes behind and trips Walker to the mat. Stryker locks in a headlock but Walker quickly returns to his feet and steers Stryker towards the ropes and shoves him off. Walker runs after Stryker who then leaps to the ropes and springboards back at Walker and attempts a hurricurana but Walker manages to get out of it, both men retreat to either side of the ring as the crowd are on their feet in applause for both men. The pair move to the centre and once more shake hands as they prepare to go at it again.
They lock up again and this time Chris Walker gets the upper hand with a headlock takedown. Chris keeps the hold locked in for a little while before Stryker begins returning to his feet and hits some hard elbows to the gut and hit?s a backdrop on Walker. Stryker runs at the ropes and bounces off and delivers a leg drop to Walker, cover, 1..2..kick out! Stryker again runs to the ropes, Walker rolls over and Stryker skips over him, Walker delivers a dropkick upon return to take Stryker to the floor. Walker picks Stryker off the mat and Irish whips him to the ropes, Walker hit?s a sidewalk slam, cover, 1...2..kick out! Walker returns to his feet but Stryker pulls him down with a roll up, 1..2..kick out! Both men return to their feet, Stryker dodges a clothesline attempt from Walker and clenches him and hit?s a German suplex, doesn?t release, hits another, attempts a third, Walker wraps a foot around the leg of Stryker to block the suplex. Walker hits an elbow to the side of Stryker?s head and raises him up on his shoulders, Cradleshock! Cover, 1...2..kick out!
Chris Walker notices Stryker?s mask has come off and picks it up in confusion. Stryker rolls across the ring holding his neck, eventually realising his mask isn?t on his head. Stryker pulls himself up with the ropes, his face now being seen by the world, both men just stare at each other, Stryker eventually breaks from the ropes and charges across the ring and shoves Walker out of the way, only to run into a big boot from Andre Bravado. The referee calls for the bell as he throws the match out. Walker realising what?s going on attempts Thunder From Down Under but Bravado dodges and hits an Inverted DDT on the Cruiserweight Champion who then rolls out of the ring. Bravado turns his attention towards the now unmasked Stryker and locks in an STF. Stryker screams in pain as he can?t get out of the hold. Chris Walker on the outside pulls the same steel chair from previous weeks out form under the ring and charges inside, but Bravado sees him coming and bolts from the ring.
Walker checks on his friend as Bravado cockily walks backward up the ramp, tapping his wrist as he does so.
Your time is running out Chris! This is my world!
Chris Walker is attending to Stryker who indicates that he is ok. Stryker picks his mask off the mat and looks at it in disappointment.
The world now can see who Stryker is but the AfterDark faithful are on their feet applauding these men for the match they put on before Andre Bravado ruined it.
It?s called mind games Roy and Andre knows now that he is in the head of Chris Walker.
Chris Walker versus Andre Bravado for the Cruiserweight Championship is just one of the many matches taking place this Sunday at Total Annihilation. The Demons Championship will be on the line as Katino Heat faces the challenge of Ashley O?Neil as for the first time the title will be defended under Extreme Rules.
The arrival of Rex Armstrong and The Meaning to UWW has caused some stir amongst The Underworld roster. They issued an open challenge to anybody for Total Annihilation and Craig Adams and Miguel Patina have stepped up to the challenge.
Many ambulances will be on standby outside the arena on Sunday however for this match one will be on the inside as Shawn Powers request of an ambulance match was granted, will Max Mayhem overcome the injury and survive the onslaught from Powers?
All month long Dwayne Cray has been stalked and beaten down by ?The Biker? but it all comes to an end this Sunday as Dwayne Cray will finally get his hands on his tormenter.
Underworld Wrestling will be shaken to it?s core no matter what the outcome between the first ever one on one meeting between Paul Benzema and John Charismatic. One man will lose a position in management for a month, the question is who?
Jamie Robinson defends The Undisputed Championship for the first time and the challenge couldn?t be any greater as Adam Brego will be the challenger. The two biggest egos in UWW come to a head this Sunday with the grandest prize on the line.
And bringing the night home is the triple threat match for the World Heavyweight Championship as Mike Pyralis defends the title against the returning Hall Of Famer Johnny Viper and his fellow tag team champion Dark Xodus who will be in action after the break. Don?t go anywhere.
Don?t miss Total Annihilation this Sunday!
Xodus vs Trent Phoenix
This match begins with Trent and Xodus staring one another down, Xodus looks ready for action and destruction as in a few days he will be challenging for the UWW World Heavyweight Championship, meanwhile Trent is still yet to make an impact on AfterDark and this could be his big chance to do that. Xodus and Trent lock up, trying to overpower one another. Trent manages to pull Xodus in for a head lock, applying the pressure, wrenching away at his neck. Xodus however pushes Trent to the ropes, and Irish whips him to the other side of the ring, as Trent comes running back, Xodus grabs him and connects with a thunderous power slam. Xodus hooks the leg hoping for a quick win 1..2.. shoulders up. Xodus picks Trent to his feet and irish whips him into the left turnbuckle. Xodus runs at him ready to drive a hard unforgiving shoulder into the gut of Trent, Trent holds his stomach in agony as Xodus grabs him in a DDT clutch and drags him into the centre of the ring. Xodus looks to be going for a neackbreaker here as he tries to turn Trent around, Trent however manages to push Xodus into the ropes, and as Xodus comes running back from the rebound, Trent hits a dropkick sending Xodus straight to the mat. Trent quickly hooks both legs 1..2.. kick out.
Trent gets to his feet lifting Xodus up with him, Trent begins to club away at the monster, trying to wear him down. Trent then grabs Xodus and Irish whips him to the outside of the ring. Steve Matthews seeing an opportunity starts squirming under the ring trying to find a weapon, eventually emerging with a Kendo Stick, remember this match is no disqualifications. As Steve begins to grin measuring Xodus up. He goes to swing but Xodus blocks it grabbing the Kendo Stick. Steve can?t believe it as he looks on at Xodus in surprise and fear. However Trent Phoenix came to the rescue clubbing Xodus from behind and then irish whipping him into the steel steps. Xodus went crashing into the steps as Phoenix began to advance on his prey, picking Xodus up he throws him back into the ring. Taking the Kendo Stick from Steve, Trent follows Xodus into the ring, measuring him up with that Kendo Stick. Trent goes for a swing, but Xodus manages to duck, he then quickly lifts Trent up and spinebusters him in the centre of the ring. Xodus begins feeling the momentum as the monster roars out loud.
Xodus grabs the fallen Kendo Stick, and with no technique or no plan in mind. Xodus just viciously and aggressively strikes away at Trent. Xodus throws the Kendo stick out the ring, he then lifts Trent to his feet and sets him up for ?The Dark Ending? this move has the ability to end matches with a sudden impact. Steve Matthews looks on in horror screaming, trying to get the referee to stop it. But it?s too later, Xodus connects with ?The Dark Ending? and goes with the pin 1..2..3. Xodus continues to dominate as heads to Total Annihilation!
As Xodus celebrates his victory, ?Together We Made It? by Busta Rhymes plays through the sound system and Jamie Robinson makes his way on to the stage with a microphone in hand and the Undisputed & Intercontinental Championships on his shoulder. Xodus looks up in the direction of Robinson who is clapping.
Congratulations Xodus. You?ve been around AfterDark in recent weeks making quite a name for yourself, I can honestly tell you I don?t like it. However I?m not concerned, because after Total Annihilation I?m sure you?ll be hiding in humiliation as you blow the title shot against Pyralis and Viper. Whereas I will be returning to AfterDark once again as I leave tonight, the Undisputed Champion. And I also hope that this is the last time I see you here on AfterDark, because if I see you around here again, I?ll be taking matters into my own hands.
Robinsons music hits again as he walks backstage, leaving Xodus looking up at the general stage area as the camera fades to a break.

The Ultimate Battle
Six Man Tag Team Match
Paul Benzema, Mike Ramirez & Dwayne Cray vs Kenji, John Charismatic & Damien 'Lord of Darkness'
The camera returns from a commercial break. The lights in the arena go out, the camera cuts to a shot of the entrance ramp. A ominous green smoke pours from the behind the black curtain leading out to the entrance ramp. An eerie music begins to play, Kenji walks out from behind the curtain wearing a black leather jacket, his dark black hair slicked back, black face paint around his eyes. He walks down the entrance ramp slowly and methodically. As he reaches the foot of the ring he pulls out his signature gun, he rolls into the ring and slouches in the corner, holding the gun to his temple. The green smoke vanishes, the lights brighten and the entrance music of the UWW Chairman hits the arena.
John Charismatic struts out onto the entrance ramp with a smirk on his face, Damien the Lord of Darkness trotting on behind him. They both briskly enter the ring and join their partner for the evening, the returning Kenji!
The sheer presence of Kenji and Damien strikes fear into my heart Dean!
I agree Roy. But this just adds to the atmosphere! I am looking forward to what should be a fantastic match!
The camera goes back to the entrance ramp. ?The River? by Good Charlotte rocks the venue. From behind the black curtain appears Paul Benzema with a grin on his face. He stands at the top of the entrance ramp, a few moments later Dwayne Cray and Adam Brego burst out from behind the curtain. Dwayne Cray shows the fans his bling bling as Adam Brego hits his signature pose. The three of them stride down the entrance ramp and sweep the ring. Kenji, Damien and Charismatic roll out of the ring. Giving Benzema, Brego and Cray evil glares.
The referee prompts them to come back into the ring. They reluctantly oblige. Both teams choose who should be first to wrestling. Team Charismatic choose Kenji and Team Benzema choose Cray. Both Kenji and Dwayne Cray stand toe to toe, the bell rings and Kenji starts the match of with a roman knuckle lock. Dwayne Cray drops to one knee, but manages to sweep Kenji?s legs and cause him to fall on his back. Kenji maintains the knuckle lock however and places both feet in the abdomen of Cray. He flips Cray over head with a monkey flip. He continues to grip the knuckles of Dwayne Cray. He rolls back and gets back to a vertical basis. He tugs Dwayne Cray by his knuckles into a bear hug. With Dwayne Cray?s legs wrapped around Kenji?s waist, the monster locks in the hammerlock headlock before dropping him with his finisher ?The Judas Cradle?!
I?ve not seen that move in a very long time!
And what a beautiful one it is!
Kenji quickly covers Dwayne Cray but the count gets broken up by Adam Brego. Kenji tags in John Charismatic who leaps into the ring and begins to lay rights and lefts into the side of Dwayne Crays head. Cray pushes the chairman off of him and begins to crawl towards his corner. John Charismatic quickly tries to intercept the problem by grabbing the ankle of Cray. He gets back to his feet, he hops on the spot as Charismatic maintains grip of his leg. He smirks before hitting an enziguri to the back of John Charismatic?s head. He quickly leaps over to his corner and tags in Paul Benzema!
This is what we?ve been waiting for!
John Charismatic looks like a deer caught in the headlights. He quickly retreats into his corner and tags in Kenji again. Kenji walks over to Paul Benzema but is met with a toe kick to the mid-section. He drops to his knees. Paul Benzema grabs Kenji by his hair and slams him back down hard to the canvas with a body slam. He bounces off the ropes and leaps into the air before attempting a senton on Kenji. But, Kenji rolls out of the way leaving Paul Benzema to crash and burn on the mat. Kenji smirks, swiping his nose with his thumb before dragging Paul Benzema into his corner. He begins to deliver lefts and rights into the mid-section of Benzema before delivering a punch to the throat. He tags in Damien the Lord of Darkness. He enters the ring and grips the throat of Benzema, Kenji drops to one knee. LOD lifts Benzema high into the air before dropping him with a chokeslam onto the knee of Kenji.
The referee forces Kenji out of the ring as LOD continues the beat down on Benzema. DLOD toys with Paul Benzema before finally allowing him to get the tag on Adam Brego. He hits the ring like a ball of fire, he takes down LOD with a couple lariat closelines before knocking both Kenji and Charismatic off the ring apron with back elbows. As Adam Brego goes to hit the ?Star Studded Impact? punt kick LOD rolls away and tags in Kenji.
He steps into the ring with a sadistic grin on his face. Adam Brego quickly backs off and tags in Dwayne Cray. John Charismatic cracks the gun into the face of Kenji, blood begins to pour out of his nose. Kenji grabs the gun out of Charismatic?s hand and throws it to the canvas. Benzema quietly slides into the ring and spins Charismatic around and attempts to drive him head first into the mat with an Impaler DDT but John Charismatic wriggles out of his grip and rolls out of the ring. Paul Benzema quickly follows and begins to brawl with John Charismatic on the outside. With everyone out of the way it only leaves Kenji and Dwayne Cray in the ring.
Kenji smirks before spraying green Asian mist into the face of Cray, with Dwayne Cray blinded he delivers a beautiful ?Lights Out? Superkick. He flies backwards, lying back into the turnbuckles. Kenji charges and leaps up onto the second rope of the turnbuckle, his knees positioned in the face of Cray. He does a ?suicide gun shot? taunt before dropping down and driving his knees into the face of Dwayne Cray!
That must have been that new finisher Kenji was talking about. He call?s that ?The Trigger?!
Kenji quickly pins Dwayne Cray and gets the three count. The bell rings, getting the attention of the four men on the outside. The lights go out in the AfterDark arena, they come on a few seconds later. Kenji has disappeared!
What a fantastic match!
The official match may be over Damon. But these four men are still going at it!
The camera shows Charismatic and Benzema still brawling on the outside, Damien the Lord of Darkness and Adam Brego trading blows infront of the announce table and Dwayne Cray lying motionless in the ring. The camera stays focussed on the ring as Cray begins to stir and manages to get up on one knee. Boos suddenly emerge from the crowd as The Biker is running through them and leaps over the barricade. He slides into the ring and kicks Cray in the gut before picking him up and hitting a thunderous powerbomb. Everybody outside the ring stops what they?re doing and are staring at The Biker as he raises his arms in the air as the camera fades out to black as AfterDark comes to a close.

The show opens, and there is a very short presentation on 'The Biker' attacking Dwayne Cray in recent weeks. Immediately after everything is inturupted by the bellowing music of 'Not Alone - Calvin Harris'. Daniel Templeton suddenly becomes clear in the ring after the smoke clears through. He is equppied with a microphone with the logo of UWW enprinted on the side of it. Daniel begins to proclaim....
"Listen.... John, Paul I am starting to get tired of my two best friends arguing with each other constntly like little children. I am requesting that the two of you sort this out here through out the night!"
'Not Alone - Calvin Harris' plays again and Daniel neatly gets out of the ring and strides up the ramp with a smirk on his face.
Backstage shows John Charismatic staring at the screen, and his awkward reaction to Daniel's announcement.
Have you watched the first episode of the clssic collection yet?

Backstage, shows Daniel Templeton standing at a desk and Paul Benzema sat on one side of the desk and John Charismatic on the other side.
"You two are going to need to get along. Your match at Total Annihiliation is now official, and as a qualified referee I have decided to make my self the special guest referee in your match. But this can end guys, we can all still be friends. Why can't you get along?"
"If he can't accept my decisions then I refuse to treat him with respect."
There is a sudden knock on the door.
"I will be right back. Now you two sort this out!"
Daniel heads to the door and opens it to see Mike Ramirez looking at him.
"Sty is no where to be seen and I need a partner for tonight's main event."
"Oh don't worry Mike. I had a feeling Sty wouldn't show up, so I will have someone meet you in the ring later on tonight. Good luck."

Bravado takes a microphone from Roy Simpson and raises it to his lips to speak, not out of breath as he speaks.
Chris Walker, I hope you were watching this. I am number one contender to both the Cruiserweight and Underworld Championships, I will display my dominance here in UWW, welcome to my world!

Sid reaches the bottom rope and uses the leverage to be released from Hogan's painful submission hold. Sid is holding his back and one of his legs as Hogan kicks him in the back harshly to deliver more pain. Bobby grabs Sid by His feet and attempts to throw him into the cage. Showing great athleticism, Sid lands on his feet. Hogan turns around but walks into a deadly spear from Vengeance, but in this situation "King of the Cage" can't be covered. Sid locks Hogan in an armbar for several minutes in hope to do some damage to Hogan's left arm. Sid grabs Hogan by the arm, lifts him to his feet and twists his weak arm around. The arm is smashed into the jagged cage as a small cut becomes clear. Blood begins to ooze out as Sid Vengeance twists Hogan's arm around again and flips him onto the mat. Sid drops an elbow on to the weak arm and pulls it strongly wearing down the body of the People's Idol. Vengeance gets up and stomps on the arm frantically. He pulls the arm out then runs off the ropes and delivers a knee to that same arm of Hogan. Hogan is in livid pain as Sid lifts Bobby once again to his feet, but Hogan reverses and lifts Sid onto his back and hits a Vertabreaker. Both men steadily and slowly get to their feet, and Sid runs at Bobby but Bobby uses his momentum against him hitting a powerful modified back breaker. Vengeance screams in agony whilst holding his weak back. Hogan once again looks at his weak arm. Hogan locks in a second consecutive Boston Crab and holds it in position for many minutes. Sid desperately attempting to reach the bottom rope as Bobby torture's him by dragging him back into the centre of the ring. Speaking of something great, on May 31st, UWW presents Total Annihilation live on pay per view!
Just to give a quick run through the card. The Demons Championship will be on the line as UWW Hall Of Famer Katino Heat squares off against Ashley O?Neil in an Extreme Rules match.
Just in from Daniel Templeton?s office, former Cruiserweight Champion Andre Bravado will get his rematch against Chris Walker for the Cruiserweight Championship as the pair square off once more in the UWW ring.
Mike Pyralis is in for the fight of his life as his World Heavyweight Championship is on the line against his tag team partner Dark Xodus, both of whom we will see in action tonight as they defend their tag team championships. And also returning Underworld legend Johnny Viper cashes is his World Heavyweight Championship contract to make it a triple threat match. Could it get any worse for Pyralis?
Only time will tell, the Undisputed Championship will go on the line as Adam Brego challenges Jamie Robinson in his first title defence since winning the title at Oblivion. And speaking of Jamie Robinson, we send you to the back where the Undisputed champion has something to say.
The camera cuts to the back where Intercontinental and Undisputed champion Jamie Robinson stands in front of a black drape in a referee?s shirt, ready to make a statement.
As you all know, last week I was forced into defending my Intercontinental Title against Grandmaster Funk despite going through a tough Undisputed Title match not too long beforehand at Oblivion where I should have had a well deserved night off, but I guess tonight I?ll have to forget about all that and referee as my Total Annihilation opponent squares off against the man I faced last week. Funk couldn?t defeat me Brego, tonight we have to find out if you can do the same as I did against him, we?ll see if you truly are worthy of fighting for this championship belt. And don?t worry Adam, I?ll call this match?right down the middle.
Jamie smirks before walking away as the camera fades to a commercial break.

A Robinson's rival match
Guest Referee: Jamie Robinson
Grandmaster Funk vs Adam Brego
The lights descend into a pool of darkness in the Underworld, with AfterDark continuing with tonight continuing with this very special match including number one contender Adam Brego and Grandmaster Funk who last week lost in an Intercontinental Championship match up against Robinson. The titantron board sparks into life as Grandmaster Funk springs into life, heading down the ramp connecting with the fans, as he heads into the classic UWW ring, the music cuts and now the music of number one contender Adam Brego plays. Heading down the ramp with an echo of boo?s following him into the ring, Funk and Brego stare off as a vigilant Jamie Robinson who is special referee for this match looks on and signals for the bell to be rung?
As Robinson calls for the bell Adam Brego stands still staring at Jamie Robinson, Brego points over to his Undisputed belt on the announce table but then Funk comes in and drills Brego with a clothesline, Brego got on his back but rolls around where he meets another one by the high flying Funk. Brego is then picked up onto his head before Funk hit?s a lethal Senton onto Brego, Funk then went for a quick cover with Robinson down fast??.1.?.2.?. Brego kicked out but you couldn?t help but notice the pin-fall was much faster once Brego was pinned against the canvas with his shoulders down. The match continues with Grandmaster Funk still having the advantage on Brego. Funk this time has Brego perched against the turnbuckle, Brego having both arms over the ropes as Funk lays some lethal shoulder barges into the pecked chest of Brego, Funk then steps back and lays a lethal cross-body for Brego. So far its been all Funk, the Grandmaster then climbs to the second rope, snapping off and delivering a lethal hurricurana, then quickly covering Brego for the pin-fall???..1.???.2.? but Brego kicked out once more, much to the disappointment of UWW Undisputed Champion Jamie Robinson who could only put down the two count. Now Brego lifted up again by the energetic Funk is Irish-Whipped into the ropes. Funk tries for a clothesline to his opponent but Brego ducks the attack, then bounces off the ropes himself and lays down with a quick spear into the other turnbuckle, Brego then lays Grandmaster Funk with some deadly right hands before covering for the pin?..but wait Robinson isn?t going for the cover, he is sitting there whilst Grandmaster Funk gets his shoulder up. Brego is all up in Robinson?s face but Robinson says he will disqualify Brego with anymore back talk?
Brego came to his feet and started stomping mud-holes to a disillusioned Grandmaster for who in this match took such a stance on the match, Brego then picked him up, held him over his shoulders before going for a Samoan drop, something I never thought to see that in the artillery of Adam Brego. Brego then sprung off the ropes and connected with a vicious elbow, then covered Funk in a hurry, this time Robinson is slow down??1.???????????.......2.??? Funk kicks out. Come on Brego had that, that was more like 10 seconds. Brego is up though and looks on in sheer shock after being denied the victory tonight. Brego this time backs himself up in the corner, he waits for Funk to get to his feet, but as he goes for the catatonic Funk somehow got his foot up and caught Brego right in the head with a lethal punt, Brego though managed to stay on his feet?
Funk then grabbed the right leg of Brego, locked his head in then sent Brego crashing to the canvas with a missile DDT, the fans could even feel the pain as Funk covered Brego once more with a sharp Jamie Robinson down quickly?.1.?..2.? but NO Brego kicked out, my god what a turn of events. Funk surely had the match in the bag. Funk picks up Brego in the heat of the moment and lifts him over head, he sets up a voodoo drop, but wait Brego is raking on the eyes from behind Robinson, Funk rolls against the ropes, stumbles, Brego steps back and NATURAL INSTINCT connecting right with the torso of Funk, Brego quickly covers, gets frustrated with Robinson is slow to the count?????.1.???????????...............
..........2.???.?COME ON MAN? Brego shouts????????????.....................
!!!! Brego picks up the win but is fuming!
Brego does it, whether Robinson likes it or not, and by god it looked like Robinson done everything he could to stop Brego winning!
But another good win for the number one contender Adam Brego
Brego got to his feet and demanded Jamie Robinson raise his arm in victory. Brego laid out an arm as his theme music played in the arena, Robinson sluggishly raised Brego?s arm, before lowering it, Brego then looked right in the eyes of the Intercontinental Champion, Undisputed Champion and MITB briefcase holder. As Brego turned away though Robinson has his world title belt rolled into the ring, Robinson turns around Brego before decking him with the Undisputed belt right across the face. Brego immediately starts gushing with blood, Robinson raised his belt over the broken body of Adam Brego as camera?s cut backstage with the sight of Jamie Robinson stands over Adam Brego with the Undisputed Championship? The camera then fades to a commercial break

The fans cheer as Stryker delivers a super hero pose.
Shadow Wolf returns to his feet and runs towards Stryker in an attempt to catch him off guard but Stryker see?s it coming and dodges the attack. Shadow Wolf bounces back off the ropes and Stryker catches him high with a spinning wheel kick. Stryker immediately runs to the corner and jumps straight from the mat onto the top rope. Once Wolf returns to his feet, Stryker delivers a missile dropkick sending him back to the mat. Cover, 1...2..kick out. Stryker once again makes his way to the ring and alongside Chris Walker who is highly confused as to why Stryker is making his way to the ring, they make their way inside the ring to face off against the tag team champions.
Tag Team Championship Match
Chris Walker & Stryker vs (UWW Tag Team Champions) The Plan - Mike Pyralis & Dark Xodus.
The following contest is tonight?s main event scheduled for one fall and is for the UWW Tag Team Championships! Introducing first the challengers. From Detroit, Michigan weighing in at 245lbs, he is the current Cruiserweight champion, ?The Excel Of Greatness? Chris Walker! And his partner from Saskatchewan, Canada, weighing in at 231lbs, Stryker!
Both Chris Walker and Stryker raise their arms in the air to applause from the crowd, prompting Chris Walker to applaud them back.
And now the reigning champions, from Toronto Ontario, Canada, weighing in tonight at 242lbs, The current longest reigning UWW World Heavyweight Champion in UWW history, Mike Pyralis!
The AfterDark fans give a none too pleasant welcome to Underworld?s champion as he raises his championship belts in the air. Dark Xodus not paying attention to his fellow tag champion exit?s the ring and stands on the ring apron.
And his tag team partner from The Underworld, Dark Xodus!
The AfterDark audience once again boos the Underworld star as Jim Hawks exit?s the ring and the referee takes the Tag team Championship belts and raises them in the air before handing them to the outside to Jim Hawks. The referee rings the bell and this one is underway! Stryker is the designated member from his team to start the match, Pyralis almost laughing says no and turns around to make a tag to Xodus who jumps backward from the apron to avoid the tag. Pyralis now confused, has taken his attention off Stryker who sneaks in behind and rolls up Pyralis in search of an early win, 1...2..kick out! Stryker runs at the ropes and back in the direction of Pyralis to hit a cross body, cover again, 1..2..shoulder up!
Stryker pushes Pyralis towards the ropes and looks to Irish whip him across the ring, counter, Pyralis whips Stryker who bounces back off the ropes and leaps in search of a Hurricarana, Pyralis catches him, Powerbomb! Pyralis covers, 1...2..kick out! Pyralis pulls Stryker back towards his corner to avoid a tag to Walker. Xodus slaps the back of Pyralis to tag himself in, much to the anger of Pyralis who is now forced out of the ring by the referee. Xodus looks to keep the pressure on Stryker and locks in a full nelson. Xodus looks in the direction of Mike Pyralis the entire time the hold is locked in as Stryker screams in pain. This allows Walker to sneak in behind Xodus and club him in the back, breaking the hold on Stryker. Walker immediately scurries out of the ring as Xodus looks to hit him back. The AfterDark crowd applaud as Walker returns to his corner.
Xodus turns his attention back to Stryker who begins to throw punches to the mid section of Xodus before taking him off his feet with an uppercut. The noise from the fans turns up a notch as Stryker begins to crawl toward his corner to Chris Walker looking for a tag, only for the boos to set in again as Mike Pyralis jumps in and drags Stryker back across the ring. Chris Walker again illegally enters the ring and clotheslines Pyralis outside the ring, Xodus immediately follows up by clothes lining Mike Pyralis over the top rope also. As Xodus turns around, Stryker hits an Enziguri, taking Xodus to the floor as Stryker also stays down after.

The pair end up backing towards the ropes, prompting Walker to send both of them to the outside. Walker climbs the top rope and hit?s a cross body on both men as they return to their feet. The referee begins the count out 1..2..3..Walker begins to return to his feet as does Xodus, 4...5...6...7.Xodus slides inside the ring as Walker is leaning on the ring apron and abut to also slide in?8...Pyralis pulls Walker from the apron and slams him against the ring barrier! 9...10!
The referee calls for the bell, The Plan have won via count out and retained their tag team championships much to the annoyance of the AfterDark fans. Pyralis returns to the ring and the referee hands both me their tag championships and to Pyralis his world title belt. Xodus raises his tag title in the air, but Pyralis has a different response, he stares at Xodus and raises the world championship in the air.
The pair stand face to face and it looks as if they could start off again. Meanwhile Chris Walker has grabbed a steel chair at ringside and slid back inside the ring and swings the chair wildly into the back of Pyralis. Xodus dodges the chair shot and rolls out of the ring and walks up the ramp whilst looking on at what?s happening inside the ring. |UWW starts with a huge bang and the crowd begin to get pumped up despite the constant smell of B.O linguering around the arena. Fans are tightly squeezed but yet again there is no introduction to AfterDark. Daniel Templeton's music interupts all. The AfterDark co-General Manager makes his way to the ring equppied with a grey suit and fancy tie, aswell as a microphone. He strutts down the ramp and rolls into the ring.|
"Right let's get this straight and simple, I am sick and fed up of Robinson dominating this brand. Tonight's Main Event he will take on Grandmaster Funk with the Intercontinental Championship on the line.... If Jamie has a problem with competing in that match tonight then he can hand over his Intercontinental Title right now!"
Suddenly, Paul Benzema's music hits the ring to Daniel's suprise. Daniel looks up the ramp, puzzled, at the fact that his collegue is walking quickly down the ramp with a microphone. He slides into the ring and begins to talk immediately.
"Dan, I have been backstage listening to you making all the big decision around here for a while now, and well I don't know about everyone else but I am beginning to get a bit tired of it."
The fans start to chant "Benzema sucks" as John Charismatic's entrance music hits the ring out of no where. John stands boldly at the top of the ramp whilst awaiting for his music to end.
"Enough Paul, you two might be running this show together as general managers but Paul you will not be changing Daniel's decision. And Daniel, if you continue to make biest acts towards Jamie Robinson anymore then it won't only be Paul's job which I am thinking about destroying. Oh and Paul, I knew you had some plans for tonight, but that Main Event will only be one of two matches. The other match will be a 14 Man battle royal for the #1 contendership to Jamie Robinson's Undisputed Championship. Neither of you should even think about arguing with me as it will lead to your immediate suspension. Do I make myself clear?"
Paul just drops his microphone before rolling out of the ring and making his way straight up the ramp. Benzema and Charismatic share a glare before Paul heads backstage whilst Daniel Templeton looks on in confusion. The camera shot fades to black before a commercial break.

Management are making their authority known here tonight and Paul Benzema has enforced the rule stating a championship must be defended within a thirty day period and Jamie Robinson is now going to defend his Intercontinental Championship tonight.
Grandmaster Funk has been impressive so far here on AfterDark and has caught the eye of management as he is the one that will face Jamie Robinson and that match is up next!
Ring introductions have been completed and defending champion Jamie Robinson hands his belt to the referee who then raises it into the air. He shows is to Grandmaster Funk before handing it to the ring announcer outside and calling for the bell. Funk bursts out of his corner and charges for Robinson, taking him to the mat and locking in a chin lock. Robinson quickly rises to his feet and delivers stiff elbows to the mid-section of Funk before hitting a back suplex. Cover, 1..quick kick out. Robinson returns to his feet first and stays on offence with a headlock. It doesn?t last long as Funk raises up to one knee and grabs Robinson by the head and pulls him over his shoulder to the mat, as Robinson sits up Funk delivers a hard kick to the back. Funk follows up by hitting the ropes and delivering a running dropkick to the chest of Robinson. Cover, 1..2. kick out!
As Robinson is returning to his feet Funk runs to the ropes and springboards back to hit a successful cross body taking Robinson back to the mat, Robinson rolls back and has Funk in a cover! 1..2..kick out! Robinson slaps the mat in frustration and goes back to wearing down the highly energetic Grandmaster Fuck with another deadlock, this time keeping him grounded. Funk is losing energy and Robinson looks to end it by locking in Slight Of Hand! Funk is feeling the pain and is struggling trying to break Robinsons grip. Funk?s arm is in the air but he doesn?t tap, he uses all his strength to roll and grab hold of the rope, forcing the break. Robinson refuses and the referee begins his DQ count, 1..2..3..4, referee pulls Robinson off of Funk.
Robinson is feeling the frustration and draws a kick at the bottom rope before looking outside the ring at his title belt. Robinson drops and rolls out of the ring, walking towards the championship belt and grabbing it out of the grips of the ring announcer. The referee however followed him out and pulled the title out of his hands. While the referee returns the belt to the ring announcer, Robinson sneaks off with a steel chair from ringside and slides inside the ring with it. Robinson is stalking Funk who is returning to his feet with the ropes as his leverage. Robinson raises the chair for a shot on Funk but once more the referee intervenes and pulls the chair out of his hands.
I?m warning you! One more stunt like that and I?ll disqualify you!
The distracted Jamie Robinson took his eyes off of Funk and it backfired because he?s been rolled up, the referee drops the chair and slides to the mat, 1..2...Kick out! Robinson gets a shoulder up at the last second. As Robinson is returning to his feet, Funk bounces off the ropes and sizes up a scissors kick, Robinson backs away and kicks Grandmaster Funk in the gut before clenching him for The Robbery, hits it, cover, 1...2...3! Robinson retains!
The champion clinches the title belt to his chest upon the referee handing it to him and raising his arm. The celebrations didn?t last long however as it was cut across by the arrival of Co-GM Paul Benzema to the stage who had a microphone in hand.
"Congratulations to you both on a good performance and I guess a second congratulations to our champion. However I must inform you that you were both mere pawns in a scheme to catch the attention of everybody. See tonight I showed you all that the rules are what we say they are here on AfterDark and that title defence within a thirty day period is just one of them. You know who else is due a title defence? UWW Tag Team Champions Dark Xodus and Mike Pyralis. So next week on AfterDark we will show our supremacy over The Underworld as two men who impressed me tonight in the battle royal, Chris Walker and Tyson Hall (2nd and 3rd placed competitors) will square off in that very ring for a precious chance to dethrone The Underworld of the claim of having the best tag team in UWW. Something tells me nobody will find this one boring!"
Robinson raises both of his titles into the air. But from out of the crowd runs Adam Brego. Fans cheer as Brego slides into the ring, Robinson drops his titles in shock, turns and is hit by a "Natual Instinct" by the A-List superstar, Adam Brego. That's why they call me the "King of the Cage" after all. If Brego thinks tonight is just going to be a simple and easy battle then he has another thing coming. When we are locked in a 15 foot high cage their is nothing stopping me. It just makes the beast, become a fierce beast desperate to escape the cage. Be preapred Adam, extremely prepared."

Extreme Rules makes it?s way into AfterDark as the first ever sanctioned Extreme Rules Match is about to get underway. Foreign objects litter the outside of the ring as Walker and Flame stand at their respective sides of the ring awaiting the opening bell. The referee gets this match started and both competitors begin circling the ring in search of an opening to get the upper hand. Both men move to the centre to lock up but Flame then slaps the face of his opponent. Walker shaking it off, moves in to lock up again, but this time round slaps the face of Flame. Flame loses patience and aggressively begins to deliver haymakers to his opponent before Irish whipping Walker into the corner. Flame charges at his opponent and hit?s a clothesline, following up by rubbing an elbow in Walkers face, all legal in this contest. Flame hit?s a knife edge chop to the chest of Walker, leading to a loud ?Wooo? amongst the crowd. Flame looks to whip Walker across the ring to the opposite corner but Walker reverses and Flame is the one bouncing off the corner. Walker looks to imitate his opponent and hit a clothesline but Flame ducks under and rolls out of the ring.
Weapons are everywhere for the competitors to use and Flame eyeballs a number of weapons, settling on a road sign which he keeps out of view of Walker who is following him to the outside. Flame looks to swing it at Walker but misses. Walker elbows Flame in the face and picks a Singapore cane off the ground and swings it full force off the back of Flame. Flame covers his now stinging back and attempts to escape the onslaught but Walker is relentless on attack and swings the cane constantly until it breaks apart and he throws it to the ground. Flame falls onto the ring steps, a mistake in the eyes of Walker who runs at him to deliver a knee but Flame is playing possum and rolls out of the way, leaving Walker crashing knee first into the steel steps. Flame picks up a cane of his own and begins to strike back at Walker. Flame drops the cane and goes for a cover, 1..2..kick out.
Flame now looking to inflict more punishment, begins searching under the ring for more instruments of destruction. Not finding anything that appeals to his taste at this side of the ring, he searches elsewhere for something else, striking gold when he rounds a corner to find a stack of tables. Flame sets one up between the ring and the nearby announce table. However ironically the tables turn on flame as he takes too long and Chris Walker recovers and delivers a bulldog to flame through the table, much to the delight of the AfterDark crowd. Walker immediately follows up with a cover, 1...2..shoulder up! Walker now also feeling the frustration, begins grabbing every weapon he can find under the ring and throws it inside the ring. Steel chairs, garbage cans full of smaller items, a fire extinguisher, and a ladder are all now laying inside the ring. Walker grabs his opponent and shoves him inside the ring. Walker slides into the ring, and grabs a steel chair, and cracks Flame on the skull with it. Walker grabs one of the bins and emptys it, nails and pins fall onto the floor. He empty another bin and tacks join the stash. He puts the bin on Flame's head and superkicks it. Walker then lifts him onto his back and hits a Celtic Cross onto the stash of tacks, pins and nails. Walker pins the bloody mess beneath him. 1......2....3! Chris Walker picks up the win and also picks up a shot at the Cruiserweight Championship.
